Seems to be a money grab. They claim to offer deferred payments starting once they help you land a job. I interviewed with 2 separate people for a job with them. They had an outdated copy of my resume from when I had first inquired approximately a year before. The second interviewer stopped the interview once I confirmed I was looking at a deferred option and wanted an up to date resume which I had and I emailed him an up to date copy right away while still on the phone. He stated he wanted to look over it and call me the next day. Never heard back. Not even a rejection email nothing.
