Product never received, poor customer service!
Made a purchase 2months ago, but never received the product. Reached out to customer service, advised that will confirm back after investigation and then never respond since then albeit I have tired to contact them on app, emails and phone.

No shipping updates on order placed on 02/06/23. Automated online chat service says it’s awaiting fulfilment. I’ve sent a few emails, but they’re continuing to ignore me. Either a scam company or incredibly poor customer service or both! Avoid!

I order often. There have never been disappointments. I always have the goods I need, the managers are polite, the orders are sent quickly. If you have any questions, the manager will always answer in the shortest possible time. The goods always came in good quality, with normal expiration dates.
