Fast delivery and excellent customer…

Fast delivery and excellent customer service. I purchased a RC RTR combo battery would not charge. I emailed them got an immediate response stating a new battery has been shipped. I have made 3 additional purchases from them in the last two weeks. Happy with my purchases and Amain and will continue to use them as my go to.

A revised earlier post. Now an update. The end

I wrote an earlier review. About A main hobbies. I stand behind my review for the most part.. I wrote to them .explaining. what was happening. I said there Products are good. Prices are good. There customer service was lacking a little. When I sent them an email. I said. Wouldn't it be great to add. Cust. Service is good. And yes. Now it's been 3 weeks. I heard my package I finally due tomorrow. I hope this happens. I should wait till it shows up. But will say. I really do like a main hobbies. I believe they are a company. That will take note and do what is needed. To get to 3 our 3. Will I order from them again. Heck ya. Because they are a very good company. It's not all there fault. It's also usps fault also. But like I stated. We can learn. And make it better. So,ABSOLUTELY IS A MAIN HOBBIES A GOOD COMPANY. YES. CAN THEY LEARN YES. WILL I USE THEM AGAIN, YES. WE NEED HOBBIES SHOPS. I NEVER WANT OR INTEND TO TRY AND HURT A COMPANY. But
sometimes going a little more to help. Makes it better. They now resent my order again but with ups. So there. With all being said. THEY TOOK THE EXTRA STEP. WHICH I SAY, IS IMPRESSIVE. I ACTUALLY DIDN'T EXPECT THAT. THAT TO ME IS A 3 OUT 3. GOOD PRODUCTS, GOOD PRICE, GOOD SERVICE. Plus, I myself must have a little more faith. And settle down. I might just be able to make the race.
Usps contacts me, again there is another processing Exception 3 times now. This package has gone so many back a forth places..its insane.. so I contacted them. Usps never admitted any fault ever that I know of.. nows it's the point of it.. I am trying to put this to sleep. If I get thatv1st order.. I am going to return it to a main hobbies. That the right thing to do.i will pay the shipping. Bottom line. A main hobbies step up, hit a home run. Great job. Now this to some people..might seem not possible. Wrong, it happened. Moral to the story is, just do the right. It maybe hard. But all parties have to be responsible. INCLUDES ME.a fantastic holiday. Have a great Thanksgiving. Be safe and healthy. God bless....

Superb

Superb! Was fully expecting to see a 4.5+ rating on here based on my own experience. I ordered a Spektrum Motor Mount which is impossible to find in the UK. I paid $8.99 for the shipping so wasn’t expecting to see it until much later in the month, but it arrived within 10 days! I’ve asked their customer services a couple of questions about other hard-to-find products and the responses have been swift, personable and professional. I can’t fault this business and would recommend them without hesitation.

I am VIP member at Amainhobbies …

I am VIP member at Amainhobbies They're not a bad place to buy stuff online my problem is the way they do their checkout I just tried to spend $1500 there and because they don't apply your store credit till after you go to PayPal it changes the total it was only off by $5 I called customer service and I guess there is no way to change that I'll spend my $1500 elsewhere from now on I guess, I like to take advantage of the PayPal pay in 4 this is an expensive hobby 4 payments works for me better and trying to come up with it all at once

They don't honor their warranties and want to charge me shipping back to them for selling me a broken product. Told me I need to contact manufacturers. What's the point on dealing with a local store when they cant addres issues and keep referring me to manufacturers l. Hey folks let's just cut out middle folks and start buying from manufacturers. Bet their policy would change if they started losing customer's

I've spent well over 10k at amain…

I've spent well over 10k at amain hobbies. Drove over an hour to pick up a $99 airplaine. Took them 30min to get me out the door with the plane because they are SO SLOW. Get it home, prop flyes off on first flight and crashes softly in grass. Put prop on for 2nd flight, same thing... After some inspection I can tell the vibration coming from the front is far too much. It's been awhile since I flown a micro, so didn't really catch onto it when I spooled it up the first flight. Anyway, no big deal, it's a $99 plane that is put together in CHINA. I'm sure this stuff happens... Well, after a phone call to amain that got me no where because we arent' the "retail store". Great service. Then I drive up today and explain I'm experienced etc, and that the motor has play and may be faulty. After waiting for 30 min for the boss (great empowerment of employee's a main) for a $99 plane that HORIZON hobby will very much so refund them, they decide to play hard ball and explain "we won't have another for a couple days" and my boss wants to fix it with off brand parts. Fix a micro? That probably won't FLY so well lol. Anyway, very disappointed. Been years since I have been in there, but I see how they pay for the big shiny building. By hosing customers on their chinesesium goods. THANKS AMAIN. HOpe this makes it to KENDAL! WAY TO GO BUD!

Fast shipping and prompt help

I purchased some parts through their site for a nitro car I'm trying to get up and running. When I checked the tracking it said that the package was return to sender due to addressee not known. My parts were coming in two packages. I was able to intercept one from the post office but the other was sent back. Upon looking further into the matter I found it was shipped to my old address even though the only address I had put on the site was my new one (I had just created the account) I emailed them that evening. I got a very prompt response from hunter, apologizing for the situation. He kindly explained that because I used PayPal to make the purchase, and that whatever address was listed on PayPal was the address it was shipped to. This was no fault to them, as I hadn't updated the address. I did so immediately after. He told me he would be happy to ship the parts to my current address and had me a new tracking number to my current address by the following day. He was extremely polite, sincere, and understanding. He helped resolve the situation very quickly. I'll definitely be a repeat customer to amain because of this whole experience.

Quick Dispatch to Overseas Buyers

Very efficient online sales set-up and quick dispatch to buyers. I am a UK buyer ant the items arrived in very good time.

This operation is terrible

This operation is terrible. They sold me a defective remote control car and would not accept the return. They had me run numerous tests which confirmed the car was defective and took a considerable amount of my time, then told me they could send me parts to fix it in several weeks, when they are in stock. I didn’t buy the car to wait several weeks and fix it myself. Terrible customer service!

Ordered Blade Nano s3. 2 weeks later, still no product. Customer service wouldn't give a refund. They just kept saying expected delivery tomorrow. Still no $200 helicopter iny possession.

I had ordered a 1/10th scale Tekno…

I had ordered a 1/10th scale Tekno short course truck, radio and accessories for my son's for Christmas. I knew I was cutting it close to make it on time for Christmas, so I contacted Amain Hobbies. I spoke to a customer service rep who was very helpful and able to cancel my order and reorder so that I could get it shipped over night. I just picked it up from the post office and everything was there no damage or anything. I can't thank Amain enough for making this happen for me and I cant wait to see my son's joy when they receive it Christmas morning! Thank you Amain, I will definitely recommend you to anyone!!

Amain is my go to supplier for RC heli…

Amain is my go to supplier for RC heli parts. They have the stock and ship fast. I live Australia and buy from Amain over local suppliers as most have no clue how to support a serious RC heli flyer. I've been buying from them for years and rate their customer support as first class. Thanks Brendan Shields

I don't understand why everyone is…

I don't understand why everyone is leaving bad reviews. I have had no issues with shipping or anything. Matter of fact the folks I have delt with have went way above and beyond to help me. I won't buy from any other source unless I absolutely have too.

You guys always give a delivery date…Bad times.

You guys always give a delivery date that turns out to be false. You Then Email new delivery dates which are also false. The product ends up getting there 2 to 3 weeks late. And your prices are higher than the competitors. Find it impossible to redeem my points for anything useful. Had an account for over a year. No improvement.

My purchase came delivered damaged. The buggy itself as well as the controller. I called to have it exchanged and they want me to return it completely, and re order which is a mess. These cost too much to have this issue.

My buggy came in damaged!!

My buggy came in damaged!!! It was labeled as brand new but clearly its not. The remote is damaged and the buggy looks to have been dropped with the front right wheel is pointed to the right whole the left wheel is straight. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMANY AGAIN!!!!!!!!! No help form them other than to return it and reorder it.

I have been ordering parts and supplies from Amain for over four years. My stuff always arrives on time and correct. Usually takes three days or less to arrive.Have had very good experience with their customer service and support. This is the best retailer out there period!!!
