I really can not speak highly enough of Amanda for Blinds! This is my 4th time using them in different properties and on all 4 occasions I have been extremely impressed! Their work is fast and efficient, head office customer service excellent and products good quality. I wouldn’t choose anyone else if I needed new blinds!

Great quality, value and turnaround time!

The second time I have had blinds fitted by Amanda for blinds and waited over a month!
I've had a bay window in both properties and both times they can't get the measurements right first time for a bay window which is frustrating after already waiting a month! Now I have to await a recall from the fitter and a call to tell us when the next fitting will be!
With this happening twice now I'd suggest Amanda for blinds give more training to the the measurement team!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Amanda Blinds Stoke-On-Trent, and I am thoroughly impressed with their service. Sharon, who assisted me throughout the process, was incredibly polite and professional. She guided me step-by-step in selecting the perfect blinds for my space and was attentive to my needs. Sharon also worked with me to ensure that everything was ordered on time and that the blinds were fitted within the agreed timeline, making the entire process stress-free.

The installation was equally seamless, thanks to Luke, the blinds fitter. He was very professional, contacted me in advance to arrange a convenient date and time for the fitting, and arrived promptly. Luke’s attention to detail was evident, and he made sure everything was installed perfectly.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Amanda Blinds and their team. Sharon and Luke went above and beyond, and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

Exceptional service from Sharon, 2nd time we have used this company and have been more than pleased with the blinds, quotes, and overall service. they go above and beyond will definitely be using this company again in our next refurb. The ladies in the showroom were really helpful, but the fitting is not good, blind fitter , bashed walls either side, marked the walls, that had just recently been decorated, dining room curtains too short, had to go back for lengthing, curtain fitting not good either, would not use this company again, no apologies from the company, extremely dissatisfied with the service. Excellent service and price

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Both the guy who measured and the one who fitted were absolutely brilliant, very friendly and knowledgeable. Took longer than the 2 / 3 weeks stated, but that didn’t matter to me. Blinds are great quality. Highly recommend!

What a brilliant service from start to finish, the rep was informative full of knowledge and extremely helpful as I had never had blinds before, great range of product samples and fabrics to show me.The fitting process was just as good , very professional fitter, clean tidy and very polite , I would definitely recommend Amanda for Blinds , Thankyou again

Having decided to add Plantation Shutters to a large bay window I found a local company 'Amanda for Blinds and Curtains'. Or so I thought..............
The website identifies their stores as being within twelve mile of where I live but having wasted my time travelling to the Wolverhampton outlet I learnt that my postcode is not covered by their service.
I had waited a week to travel to the outlet and support a local company rather than booking a home visit with a national company. However, the day I wanted to go, Bank Holiday Monday, the outlet was closed.
So 'Amanda for Blinds and Curtains', how about advertising on your website that you are closed bank holiday and also what coverage you have. It will save customers like myself wasting my time.
I'll also add that I congratulate your company that you can do without a probable £1,000 order!
