I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this firm. My case was allocated to someone who appeared to lack the qualifications and experience needed to deal with it properly, which left me with very little confidence in the handling of my matter.

Communication throughout was exceptionally poor. Emails and calls were often ignored or significantly delayed, and I was rarely kept informed about the progress of my case. I frequently had to chase for updates, which caused delay, unnecessary stress and frustration.

The overall service was slow, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Rather than feeling supported, I felt that my concerns were dismissed and that my case was not treated with the care and attention it deserved.

I also left the experience feeling that I was treated differently in a way that gave me concerns about possible bias. While I cannot know the reasons for this, the overall experience left me feeling undervalued and uncomfortable.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm and hope they take steps to improve their communication, professionalism, and the quality of service they provide to future clients.

Mr Nasser Ahmed provided excellent services for spouse visa application for my Nephew The experience with Naseer Ahmed at Aman Solicitors was very pleasant and helpful, he explained whole the process of Spouse visa properly which he dealt in a professional manner.
