Wanted more money after double booking our stay for accommodation that in our opinion was not equal or equivalent to our original booking. Unbelievable
We booked our stay from the 4th to the 10th of march 2026, paid in full including a security deposit, it then took over 3 weeks for them to Inform us that they had in fact negligently double booked our stay our stay from the 4th to the 7th.
I gave them every opportunity to make things right even offering to stay at a different accommodation from the 4th to the 7th before switching back to our original accommodation. Shockingly they then decided to offer us completely unacceptable and inferior accommodation at no extra cost which we obviously refused as it was certainly not up to the standard of our original booking and completely unfit and inappropriate for our party of 3 adults in our opinion.
They also had availability on accommodation that we said would accept however just for the 3 nights that they had double booked even though in our opinion it was not of equal standard as our original booking, which was for a two double bedroom and two double ensuite apartment, but the alternative was one double ensuite and one twin room no ensuite, however they Informed us that we would have to pay extra for this alternative accommodation.
Obviously they were in breach of our booking contract when they double booked our stay yet expected us to pay more for their mistakes, this is clearly unacceptable and I would avoid at all costs.
When I obviously refused to pay any extra funds for what was clearly their negligence & incompetence, the clearly obvious inept agent who allowed our holiday to be double booked, then cancelled our holiday and returned funds after nearly 4weeks without any contact leaving us with booked and fully paid for flights, fast track security and car hire with no accommodation with only 19 days left before our departure day.
Just to top off the unbelievable and completely shocking experience
I then receive threats via email of legal action via solicitors because I left an honest account of how I was treated by leaving a poor review.
Avoid at all costs absolutely shocking company.
