They haven’t paid my winnings. I won around $15,000 CAD, and they downgraded my VIP level to Level 1. I can only withdraw $750 per day, with a maximum of three pending withdrawal requests at a time.
They told me that VIP levels increase based on my activity, but my level never increased despite my activity.
They also told me that their finance department would approve my withdrawals within 3 business days. However, it has now been more than 7 business days, and my withdrawals are still pending.
Every time I contact support, they tell me “don’t worry, your money is safe” and claim that the delay is due to a third-party provider. However, they have not provided a clear explanation or a specific timeframe for when my withdrawals will be processed.
