We had a brilliant experience with Amazing Lofts, from the initial quote to completion of the work.
We had our loft fully insulated and raised flooring installed, as well as a new larger hatch, a ladder, grab rail and a mains-powered light. All done in a day.
The work was carried out by Matthew, Steve and Ceri. I can’t fault them. Polite, friendly and professional. They kept me informed throughout the day and worked hard. When they’d finished, you wouldn’t have known they’d been. Not a scrap of mess. Everything clean and tidy. The work was carried out to an excellent standard and we are very happy with our loft - so much more space, no more carrying a ladder upstairs to get up there and no more head torch.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Amazing Lofts.

Good guys who worked hard and knew…
Good guys who worked hard and knew exactly what they were doing. Good communication and clean workers who made sure they took their rubbish away. On reflection it would have been so nice if they had finished off at the top of the new loft ladder so that the first thing you see isn't dirty insulation and a piece of disused chip board flooring. Apart from that good.

A young guy called Anthony came today - l am recently widowed and having to deal with stuff that I have no idea about - what a lovely young man - he told me that my loft was fine just a bit untidy and unless l wanted it for storage ( which at my age l don't) to leave it well alone - he could have tried to sell me something l didn't need so although l didn't need anything doing, l wanted to write a review to say how refreshing it was that a company was so honest

Definitely a 5 star rating for service and workmanship from the Amazing Lofts' team. Jack, Sam, Chris and Jay were the team doing the work for me last week and I can't praise them enough, they were both professional and friendly, they did an absolutely fantastic job and left everything so clean and tidy.
