Yet another useless lazy driver just dropped my parcel on my door step with no attempt to knock my door or ring my door bell. Sort your drivers out for goodness sake my parcel could have gone missing!!

They are thieves! They don’t deliver on time plus I paid extra for quick delivery and they give me a hard time. Been a customer for years. They charge prime without permission. They need to go down!

I am a disabled person and I can't talk, and Amazon is down chat doesn't work and I have no way to contact them and they ignore me 😭

Very poor customer service (package) is out of place and chat is blocked and there is no contact with Amazon Ireland

my account was blocked for no reason - you can only contact the support if you're logged in (which is impossible if your account is blocked), and they didn't provide me with any information or means to get my account back

Terrible service, no matter if you're Prime member or not, they treat you like garbage anyway. When you order THEY give you details of when the delivery will be made, then as soon as you pay, THEY change it to a week later without a single sorry! When you want to cancel, they say oh it can't be cancelled because it's already shipped! Fake people without integrity and working for the biggest scammer in the world! Avoid, and definitely do NOT go prime - it's worthless!

Pathetic website. Hundred of required verifications and they block your purchase because cat food and hair dryer are suspicious. Every time I try to buy there something I have problems: products not coming, no messages that my product was waiting at point, no possibility to immediate return.... One big joke. Avoid at all cost, better use eBay, Allegro or any other website.

Local support is weak, Prime benefits are not available everywhere.

Amazon is the greatest company. Amazing service, very responsible staff. I have true respect for each of them. They are very respectful and polite people. Unfortunately, some sellers are not responsible for whatever they sell. They do just business.
I am very keen on the natural products, cannabis, hemp, Shea butter, and Aloe vera.
The people or companies selling cannabis or hemp are not always particular about, nor consider the fact that people accept them as natural medicine which are helpful for many conditions.
Quite a while ago, I bought two 500 g hemp creams for £35.99 each. They hardly contain any hemp. They call it Strong Hemp cream. On top, you can smell a strong smell of hemp. After using the top layer there is no smell of hemp. It is just a cream, no hemp no effect.
recently I ordered the Cannabis cream. They described it as a day and night Cannabis cream Delivered two small tabs. On them is written Hemp cream. In reality, they were the simple cream. They should have fine natural smell to be sure buyers that they use natural ingredients.
Very disappointing

DO they have my adress? Yes.
Do they have the street name and building number? Yes.
Do they have my apartament number? Yes.
Can they deliver without constant "Oops! Delivery driver ran into a problem"? No.

Absolutely the worst site to ever get items from.

This can’t even be described in one sentence. I ordered goods and they were delivered to a completely unknown address. How can you confuse number 27 with number 17/3 2F1? I provided the name of the store as the delivery location, and Amazon delivered it to a private house instead, and then wrote that it was delivered to a “reception.” Whose reception, exactly? The driver’s? Or was this done on purpose and now the package is gone?

I ordered this item for one of my regular clients, who does not want to hear that I don’t have his order because Amazon messed up. The client is angry with me. He came to pick up the order and all he got were my apologies. I have to close the shop today because I’m completely disappointed.

My account was permanently closed due to "unusual activity" as they claim without any details or reasonable explanation. Customer service is unable to explain or help. Worst experience ever for any shopping/VOD platform.

Delivery person delivered my parcel way down the road ,from the photo I didn’t know where ,the house holder who has difficulty walking kindly bought it to me ,Amazon had no clue what I was talking about kept offering a refund ,wouldn’t listen ,I said I won’t be renewing prime and at the end they said thanks for using prime absolutely useless

I am usually buying small stuff from there.

I cannot say i am impressed.
Its pretty cheap in comparison with local ecommerce stores , but still their customer support is not very helpful and rude sometimes.

Terrible customer service in fact there wasn't any. Rude agents.
I know they're not bothered by reviews but I care about the lack of anything.
I've always used them for almost everything being disabled but I will buy from elsewhere.

I sent silent night what they requested but have heard nothing .

MAKE SURE YOU DONT BUY A ITEM ESPECIALLY FOOD FROM AMAZON THAT ITS NOT RETURNABLE EVEN IF THE ITEM SHOWS SIGNS THAT IT BEEN TAMPER WITH BEFORE BEING DELIVER TO YOUR HOME YOU WI.L NOT GET YOUR MONEY REFUNDED BACK TO YOU CAUSE IN ORDER TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW PERSONAL I.D. AND DOWNLOAD A PHOTO OF THE ITEM AND THEY REQUIRE A PHOTO THAT WILL NOT UPLOAD INTO THERE SYSTEM TO CAUSE YOU TO NOT BE REFUNDED LEARN BY MY MISTAKE

Customer service has no idea what happened to my order, still no update despite the misleading info on the website. I really regret making that order, it was supposed to be a birthday gift and it won't arrive on time but they also won't say when/if it will arrive.
