A TOTAL SCAM OPERATION - BEWARE!

Do not USE this "service." They send boilerplate "Mia Culpa" text which then you have to copy and paste using your own email address that your Amazon acct is listed under. What a scam! Do you know who they have you email these appeals to: Jeff Bezos and Andy Jassy!! As if!! I finally went into the State of Washington Bar Association website, found some actual names of Amazon lawyers, sent emails and got reinstated on my own. The $1500 spent on AMZ Sellers Attorney was a waste, and quite frankly a scam. I had other people contact me when they saw my reviews and they also were re-instated without wasting $1500 on this scam.

I cannot recommend AMZ Sellers Attorney highly enough.

After a long and frustrating dispute with Amazon involving withheld funds, the team guided me through the arbitration process from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to explain the process and set realistic expectations.

What impressed me most was their deep understanding of Amazon's systems and policies. They knew exactly how to build the case, present the evidence, and navigate a process that would have been nearly impossible for me to handle on my own.

Persistency paid off—Thanks AMZ Sellers Attorneys!

It took over a month of appeals, and even when the odds were slim to appeal again with new information, they supported my decision, and my KDP account, which had been terminated, was reinstated! I absolutely would not have gotten my account back (and tried for months on my own) without them. Highly recommend!

They Successfully Reinstated My KDP Account

I contacted this service after my KDP account was wrongfully terminated. I found them through an online search after realizing that this case was more complex than the issues I had handled in the past on my own.

I have more than 5 years of experience in the publishing industry and I’ve always managed to solve account-related problems independently. However, this time I felt I needed a more professional and experienced approach.

Before proceeding, I was honestly hesitant because I had read some negative reviews on Trustpilot. I openly shared my concerns and doubts regarding some of the claims made in those reviews. The team addressed my concerns professionally and reassured me throughout the process, which gave me enough confidence to move forward with them.

In just a few attempts, my account was successfully reinstated and my books were unlocked. Communication with the different members of the team was always extremely fast, clear, and professional.

Overall, I had a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend their service to anyone facing Amazon KDP account issues.

I had a critical issue with a copy right registration

I had a critical issue with a competitor stealing my design and needed a copyright registration fast. AMZ sellers Attorney was incredibly quick to finish my copyright application. They used Special Handling to get it done in record time, which allowed me to protect my brand and remove the infringing listings on Amazon immediately. If you need results and you need them fast, this is the team to call!

ASA resolved my deactivated FBA account

I had my FBA account account deactivated without warning having been served a Section 3 notice for no apparent reason. I initially used a different company offering similar services but after 8 months of fruitless appeals and wasted time they stated they could do no more. Someone recommended me to ASA who I then signed up with.

I think the difference with ASA is that they offer a legal route to appeal, something the previous company I used did not, and, it made a big difference. My account was reinstated / reactivated after a few months. I occasionally had to chase ASA up for updates after a few weeks of hearing nothing back but the key thing here is that they did resolve the issue. I would recommend them, as having legal representation makes a big difference compared to those companies offering similar services without it as it enabled my case to be escalated properly.

And the rates ASA charged me were way more competitive than the previous company I’d used to no avail.

Highly recommended

I highly recommend this service to anyone unfortunate enough to be dealing with suspension or termination from Amazon. For a one-time fee, you are guaranteed to get your account back in as little as a month or maybe even faster in some cases. These people have seen every case of termination/suspension at this point and they will certainly know how to help anyone in need of help.

They DESTROYED My Amazon Business. Extremely Bad Experience.

I hired this company to reinstate my Class III device listing. Amazon's Legal Department emailed them that my product could not be listed under any circumstances. They never told me.
Because they withheld this critical information, I kept submitting appeals, which resulted in Amazon deactivating my entire seller account.

Their failure to communicate a crucial email destroyed my Amazon business. I would never recommend this company.

Credit where credit is due

To their credit, they worked with me for a total of 2 years and 3 months for the same upfront fee. The terms at the time of engagement were "unlimited escalations", and they really did that. The product authenticity complaints on the account were removed after this time period and the account health rating went back to 200, leading the account to be reinstated. That being said, there were some things I would have enjoyed more about the service. I would ask them what amount of time they were planning on waiting for a response for a letter to the lawyers, or an email to management. I wrote down the time period they said. Then after that time period, they wouldn't reach out, however. So I had to start keeping track on my calendar and following up with them after said time period. Also when we first started the appeal process, they didn't take time to understand my account state, so they didn't even tell me the right place to be submitting appeals until I sent them screenshots a couple times into appealing in the wrong spot on the amazon website. Then even after that they still sent me the same wrong boilerplate copy-paste instructions. You really had to be your own advocate with these people. Also would have preferred if they logged into the account themselves and did what appeals could be done on the website themselves, but they have you submit the appeals yourself. Also they didn't keep track of my merchant token, so they would ask multiple times for it. Also at one point they changed the language on the appeal, and granted, they do say at all times to read the appeal before submitting, but after it changes so minutely so many times, you do tend to lose interest. They changed the language on the appeal to say that I had included some additional documents that they hadn't included before, and didn't mention it in the email, so I sent the appeal without including the documents, in which case if Amazon even read the thing, I would have looked unprofessional.

But in the end, you can't argue with the results.

A Total Fraud

Ya! believe the reviews folks. This "service" is terrible. I chatted with an "agent" on their website and asked some questions. They were very responsive and eager to help. I gave them all the information before I made payment.

Once I made payment I got a form email requesting information about my suspended Etsy account. That was a form letter and had no real correlation to the information I had already given the "agent".

I got a draft appeal letter that was very poorly written. Much worse than the appeal I had already sent to Etsy and was denied reinstatement of my account.

I replied that the draft was terrible and it needed to be rewritten to somethig more professional and with more factual information.

I didn't hear anything from them for a couple of days. I wrote once more to give them another chance and they then claimed my email "went to the spam folder", a typical excuse.

I still did not get a revised draft. I finally contacted my Credit Card company and disputed the charge.

I then suddenly got my revised draft which didn't sound much better than the first draft and definately did not sound like it came from a real laywer.

Right after that, I got this email that stated "Our merchant banker's fraud detection system marked your credit card payment as suspicious and refunded you all our fees". Which is laughable because my card is absolutely not fraudulent and I actually got a refund because I filled a dispute with my credit card company.

The email also stated "Therefore, we have stopped work on your appeal until such time as you replace the payment. ".. which actually works out because I got my money back and they aren't going to do any more "work" for me.

Ray, our merchant bank refunded you the payment becuase it detected your credit card was fraudulent, which is why we stopped working on your case as we stated in the email, and told you that we would resume work if you made up the payment . Now you not only have not paid us, but, as you say, you got your money back, so we have not been paid and on top of that you leave a bad review. This is very dishonest of you.

Best decision ever to go with Amazonsellers.attorney

Going with Amazonsellers.attorney was the best decision I made. My KDP account was terminated at the start of 2026. I found them via a youtube video and was desperate to get my account reinstated.
