There jewelry is exactly as described in my experience. Actually better in person. They have kept constant contact with me through the order, mailing and delivery. I will always order from them.

I have ordered from Amber Artisans several times now and highly recommend them for their beautiful, high quality jewelry and superb service. If you want to add something special to your jewelry collection, or if you want to give a gift that will bring a smile, do not hesitate to place an order for one of their pieces.

I order a necklace and base of what they offer in their website I send to many emails to adjest the length of that necklace and I pay $70.00. .They totally agnore my emails and he send necklace without fixing in it .After I discuss with owner he except his mistake after to much hassle and he said , he would refund my money but still 9 months pass and I still waiting for my refund. He doesnot care about customer and he doesn't take a responsibility for his own mistake and he doesn't stay behind his words.

I was looking for amber bead bracelets and found this shop through a search. The prices are very reasonable and figured I would try (I ordered a trio of bracelets). Price, custom sizes, and being able to pay via PayPal were enough to convince me to give it a try. The products are made in Lithuania and I'm in Canada. This took time. I received regular updates from the store checking in with me. The package arrived yesterday and I'm 100% satisfied. These are exactly what I wanted and what I hoped I was buying. I love supporting independent artisans over big chains and mass production. I'm incredibly happy with Amber Artisans and hope this review helps encourage others to shop with them.
