DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Worst dealership I’ve ever been to. They are extremely unprofessional & know nothing about cars. Do not trust them or the cars they are selling!!! Do not make the mistake of buying from this dodgy dealership!
AMC Automatics of Erith, Kent are the worst people I have ever bought a car from. They refused to honour my legal rights after the gearbox failed (after 74 miles), and lied to the credit card company, after a cashback was authorized, saying that they had repaired the car, and offered a refund if I was not satisfied. After 5 months the claim is still ongoing, and I had to pay for the repair to get the car back.
I have since found out that they used to be called Automagic UK, with a less than 2* rating.
We bought a car in June 2019. The car had multiple faults and mechanical issues that make it dangerous to drive.
It turns out they buy their cars off auctions cheap and sell them as they are, lying about their problems.
I have contacted them multiple times and had to take them to court for a refund.
They are even ignoring the court decisions and do not respond to court correspondence and phone calls.
