Would prefer a fresher fragrance …
Only use this cream once thus far but it certainly is moisturising. Delivery was super quick, thank you. The new tropical fragrance is okay however after a while it’s not as fresh smelling as I would’ve hoped. Not sure what the original fragrance is like?

Ordering was very straightforward…
Ordering was very straightforward however, when I received the package it was as if someone had just thrown the products in. 3 transforming body wash had leaked and the transforming body lotion illuminating glow was everywhere. Imagine the mess and clean up. It’s not the first time the products have not been packed properly.

Great product, poor delivery experience
The new tropical fragrance is great, I didn’t give 5 stars because the courier left the parcel outside my house in a plastic bin in the full sun all day, and I’m concerned about the damage this may have done to the product. I think all skincare brands should request that couriers do not leave parcels in direct sun/heat. The delivery originally said it would come on Tuesday when I could arrange to be in, but then was changed to Saturday at the last minute without enough notice for me to arrange to be home, hence my annoyance at this, as there was no option to rearrange the delivery. This brand should use a better courier to avoid problems like this.

Ameliorate is by far the best company I have delt with, the site is very easy to use, I was placing an order for my daughters birthday, she has used the products for a couple of years now, she had acne and her skin therapist recommended her to try your products and she now has the most beautiful clear skin now, so birthdays I always know what to get her, she also got two full size products free with her order.
Also after ordering the products they arrived within one day, she was absolutely over the moon when she received them as a present and I was over the moon at how easy it was to use the Ameliorate site, very professional thank you 🙏
