Amena by orange is a horrible company

Amena by orange is a horrible company. I canceled my internet 3 months ago and they are still making me pay for it, increasing the bill every month without any explanation. I even have the cancellation email and the email saying I returned the router already. So what internet are they exactly charging me for?
I have wasted so much time calling them, more than 6 times over the last 3 months, each time we talked for more than 1 hour and nothing was resolved. Last month I called to complain again and they said that they were sorry and that the mistake was on their side and that they have started a reclamation claim to give me my money back for the previous month. Meanwhile, next month they charged me AGAIN, and when I called to ask about it, they said they have no registry of me ever calling them and that the reclamation claim was never made the previous time. This is a BIG scam. Never do your internet/phone here. I canceled my phone now too, you can not trust this company, super unhelpful service.

Amena de Orange és una empresa horrible. Vaig cancel·lar la meva connexió a Internet fa 3 mesos i encara em fan pagar, augmentant la factura cada mes sense cap explicació. Fins i tot tinc el correu electrònic de cancel·lació i el missatge de correu electrònic que indicava que ja he tornat el router. Llavors, per quina Internet em cobren exactament?
He perdut tant de temps trucant-los, més de 6 vegades durant els darrers 3 mesos, cada vegada que parlem més d’una hora i no s’ha resolt res. El mes passat vaig trucar per tornar a queixar-me i em van dir que els sabia greu i que l’error era del seu costat i que han iniciat una reclamació per recuperar-me els diners del mes anterior. Mentrestant, el mes vinent em van tornar a cobrar i, quan vaig trucar per preguntar-me per això, em van dir que no tenien cap registre que els trucés mai i que la reclamació de reclamació no es va fer mai la vegada anterior. Es tracta d’una GRAN estafa. No feu mai el vostre internet / telèfon aquí. Ara també he cancel·lat el meu telèfon, no es pot confiar en aquesta companyia, un servei súper poc útil.

worst service provider ever

worst service provider ever. I had so many problems trying to transfer my number to another company, also, cancelling my contract. The person said it was all done to find out about a month a half later that the guy haven't done his job properly, so my service was still rolling and I was charged by the company still

Amena is blocking my change for no reason.

I can only warn not to do a contract with Amena. Since they were not able to install internet for no reason. I was calling them million times trying to make it happen. now they are blocking my change back to vodafone. Although I was in time to change contract. Confirmed by vodafone everything is documented and there is legally no reason why Amena is blocking the change. I just cant recommend this provider at all.

Sadly there is not a 0 or they would have that. I have an Amena/Orange internet/landline combo. I reported both not working properly on June 30th. Its now Aug 1st and nobody has come out to sort it out. The girl on the Amena end keeps messaging me and apologising but when your internet is so bad you can,t watch tv, you have no landline and the connection is so bad that the mobile wont log on platitudes mean sod all. Their customer service is none existant. They take my monyhly fee that im paying at the moment for the worst internet l have had in 13 years living here. Fibre optic was supposed to be the best thing ever but sadly not the case. My old ADSL internet was way better than this could ever be. Sadly my old provider decided to work with business,s only so l had no choice but to change. I really really wish l had swerved Amena/Orange as its really beyond a joke. If they were the only provider in Spain l would have nothing to do with them. Im looking into who l need to make a formal complaint to. Im also looking into breaking my contract with them as l think l have every right to. They are absolutely dire Do not choose this provider.... if you do you will have nothing but grief, stress and a headache trying to sort it out !!!!

Useless, messy and slow customer service

Customer service is terrible. It's like the system they use is slow or they have to do a lot of steps. Every transaction takes 30min minimum, that when you reach the correct team.
The app doesn't always work, the chat is useless and they always refer you to the telephone service. A circle of bad service.

El servicio es deplorable. Para cada consulta echas mínimo 30 min, todo el rato te dicen que están en ello, es como si el sistema que usaran fuese lentísimo. Eso cuando das con el equipo correcto.

El chat y la app también son terribles, no siempre funcionan o te derivan al número telefónico. Desastroso círculo

I've only been using them for a few …

I've only been using them for a few weeks so far, but I like the easy start- no waiting around for weeks for an engineer to come and tune things/fix a line/etc, good monthly cost; potential to just take the box on a trip and access your own service, etc.

Sometimes it takes a while to connect- and the usage doesn't always seem to fit the numbers shown- but I'm still well within my 'allowance', and, as well as intensive daytime usage- I usually watch a film at night.

One issue: they ask you to change your password- which i did. But then the password didn't work- and there's no way to either get in to my account, nor to change the password ! There's a message waiting- but I'll never be able to read it ( nor access other admin features) ! Let's hope it's not important.

Whauv - really really hard to get away from them again.....

Took me several months to get out of a contract that I could stop every month for a modem sim card. They are part of Orange - and they put a robot to call you day and night for weeks from various numbers. Totally disturbing you + the robot can not understand if you only have passport and not e.g. Spanish NIE No on your contract. Hope now after paying one extra invoice again - that finally out of it. Never again Orange or Amena with these robots calling you.
