I have paid into this company for about three years. Recently I had to change my bank account information and they have not done what I've asked, nor have they changed my needed information. They are very difficult to get ahold of, they don't answer their phones, and they don't answer in a timely manner when I've sent an email. and they still have not changed my information over though I've tried with them many times. I think I may have to end it with this company.

What you buy upfront is all you will get.
If you buy a policy with the understanding that you can add riders, well, just know that at least one customer was not able to do so. Twice. I know what they say about 2nd time around, but I am ok with the results. The riders would have been nice, but I have had with this company makes me wonder if my children will encounter difficulty with a payout. Good thing their father is a lawyer who specialzes in wills and probates, but that implies I go first, lol

Telemarketers. I ask every time to be put on their do not call list. The calls continue.

I was a recent victim of a scam. Someone was able to steal my banking and ssn information to open an account for me. When I reported this to the insurance company, they didn't take me seriously and wanted to continue taking my money even when I attempted to close the account.

I don't understand how businesses like this are allowed to operate.
