We purchased a tin backsplash from this company, and after only a few years of wear, there is all sorts of rust coming up on the tin. My husband has tried contacting the company twice through their website with no response. I tried to get a customer service rep via their "chat with us" feature on their site today, and no human was ever connected to me. There doesn't seem to be a way to contact this company that doesn't just get lost in the ether somewhere. It's maddening to me as this isn't a garment we're having an issue with, it's a backsplash. This isn't something easy to return and replace. Terrible customer experience.

I would leave zero star if I could, I spent almost $500 on trim pieces, I knew the wait time-ok. Well was well over a month after, almost 2 over wait time. All pieces arrived warped & bent. I was told you have to manipulate them by hand, ( had this been on their website i would never have purchased) uhmmm, which would look absolutely horrible, shoddy, my contractor even wrote up a statement informing them of such, they wouldn't budge in even a partial refund, so I'm stuck w a $500 box of bent metal pieces, we proceeded w/ out it & looks great. Am currently taking this up w credit card company to do a chargeback, Warning to you, go somewhere else, these folks aren't honest about product or shipping. Look elsewhere!

American Tin Ceilings made my home bar look fantastic! After ordering some sample colors, they sent my order quickly and securely packed. I was able to install the tiles following their video guide. The finished product looks great and I am receiving so many compliments. Thanks American Tin Ceilings!!!

I placed an order in November and still haven't received it. I will be calling AMEX today as I think they could be a SCAM.,

I bought their crown molding and the way the materials are constructed, you can't avoid having large visible gaps between panels. It looks absolutely terrible and I had to buy something else from Home Depot instead. They wouldn't accept a return even though they admitted I had installed it correctly and told me to use caulking to hide the gaps better. Horrible customer service for a bad product design - they literally told me I needed to "adjust my expectations" about their product when I described the gaps. The ceiling panels are nice, just don't buy the molding. And be aware that you'll not be able to get a refund or file a chargeback due to their 7 day return policy. I don't know any construction project that's complete within 7 days. Buyer beware!

We ordered backsplash tiles for our kitchen and I forgot to take off my 10% discount in the end. I placed the order and realized what I'd done so I emailed American Tin and they were happy to apply my discount. They emailed me a receipt with the updated amount. Their customer service has been excellent and I can't wait to get my tile. I checked today when it would ship by using their chat feature on their webpage. The rep was able to pull it right up and said our tin should ship next week. She let me know at what stage it was in the process and that it should ship next week sometime. That was good with me!

We ordered some samples in the beginning. I can also tell you that this product is very good! I was able to get the samples and try out some antiquing techniques on them to see if I could save some money and antique them myself. I used Rub'n Buff Wax Metallic Finish and it worked beautifully!

Putting together our second business, we decided to build our back bar out of tin tiles. We originally ordered the tiles in a coated finish before realizing the lead time would be too far out for our project.
I called the next day and spoke to a professional customer service rep who asked to return my call so that she could personally contact their manufacturing floor to change the order to “no finish”. Within 10 minutes, she had called me back and was able to tell me my updated order number and shipping date, and had already emailed me the new details. She also went above and beyond in asking what I would be using the tiles for and suggesting the best materials to use for the fastest and strongest installation.
The tiles arrived to us in roughly 5 days in perfect condition and were so easy to put up. We’ll be ordering from American Tin Ceilings again!
