AVOID THIS BUSINESS! We used them for 13 years and they have dramatically fallen to the wayside. Their representatives in Las Vegas are non-existent and their "corporate office" staff in Florida... incompetent. STAY AWAY!

Here for starting YOUR OWN LLC and business ideas. If you want them to direct you then you are at the wrong company but if you want a solid low cost, no frills option at starting your business from your own idea then they got you covered. Under a $300 investment for a lifetime of difference. They set me in the right direction to explore MY OWN idea of a business I wanted to build.

I should off read this first, submitted my paper work to form Inc, SPIEGEL & UTRERA never meet time, lost my desired company name, i have reason to believe that someone from the SPIEGEL & UTRERA office stole my name .....

The biggest bunch of frauds are Amerilawyer also known as Spiegel and Utrera. They will incorporate your company and change your paperwork and list themselves as the registered agent and mailing address to do a cash grab and hit you with fees. I have copies of all paperwork. I am having to contact my bank and chargeback all fees and submit paperwork directly with my state. My accountant I am happy to say is no longer referring service to them.

The most incompetent law firm you’ll find. AVOID AT ALL COST! Lawyers never return calls after you pay your money and they have sabotaged your business.

I incorporated in 2016 using Amerilawyer.com. An attorney, Natalia Utrera filed all papers for me. I paid extra to have an EIN number for a sub chapter S filed as part of the corporation. I was informed by H and R block that the form (2553) which declares a for profit company to become a sub chapter S was never filed. I contacted MISS Utrera who told me to file my taxes incorrectly and when the IRS contacted me then I should send her the correspondence. She also said H and r block were a bunch of Morons. When I told her I did not want to mess with the IRS life that, she got nasty and hung up on me. What lawyer hangs up on a client that was just asking for help? I called back and asked to speak with another attorney who informed me that they could fix the problem for another $367. People like me who know nothing about forming corporations or doing taxes depend on people life attorney Utrera and they need to understand that and be patient, especially when they made the original mistake. I now had to pay H and R block to redue my past year taxes as well, and pay penalties on top of that. I figured out how to file the forms on my own now, but who knows what other troubles this will cause me. Amerilawyer, Spiegel & Utrera, P.A., Stay away from them
