I am disappointed because I bought a 29.99 item and was also charged an additional 14.95. Do not know what that charge is for and the response from your team said I would only have the 29.99 charge and the 14.95 charge would be refunded. My item has been sent. I have not received it yet but the 14.95 is still a debit out of my account
