Never showed up! Stole our $

We prepaid €390 for a transfer from Tirano train station to Milan. The driver never showed up, and despite multiple messages, there was no communication. We were left standing outside the station in the dark and cold with all of our luggage for over an hour.

We repeatedly called the UK office and were told someone would call us back—no one ever did. Only later were we informed by email that the driver had allegedly been in an accident and were told to arrange our own transportation and expect reimbursement.

We had no choice but to take a taxi at a cost of €440. Despite submitting receipts and formally requesting a refund and reimbursement, the company stopped responding entirely and never refunded our money.

Posting this to warn other travelers!!!

Bad experience

Bad experience. Paid 500 pounds for a transfer using alps2alps which they own and they refused to refund my money with covid19 initially (citing incorrect information from their terms of business). When they did eventually agree that I could have a refund they have subsequently insisted it will take 6 months to process which is totally unreasonable. Appalling customer service (they never ever answer the phone and are unhelpful / simply just wanting to extract money from you). Would advise trying to use someone else in case you have similar problems.

DANGEROUS, LIERS, CON, AMATEURS

DANGEROUS, LIERS, CON, AMATEURS
This was the transfers via LAST MINUTE.

Picked us up by an old male snatching the confirmation from my hand saying one word "Come". Led us to a dirty, estate. Filthy interior took photos. Nearly crashed several times to bad driving and reckless behaviour. For example slaloming through bollards to cut people up.
Dumped us outside and left without a word... Stopping me from taking a photo of the Licence Plate.

DID NOT PICK US UP... Waiting an hour before pick up at Hotel, no sign of transfer, no calls, no text, nothing. Waited outside 15 minutes before pickup, no sign, no text, no call, nothing.
Rude call taker, had to have Hotel concierge call again.
Informed their STUCK IN TRAFFIC, around 30 minutes away... We complained and they began shouting in French. We waited. NOTHING.
So we had to pay for train tickets to barely make our flight.
DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE, AMITOURS = AMATEURS

I will not less this go, I want a formal apology and full refund of transportation and train tickets.

No show for pick up at hotel for CDG…

No show for pick up at hotel for CDG even though I received confirmation text the previous day.
After calling them after a 15 minute queue, I was told that the driver is stuck in traffic with further 45min delay.
COULD they be trusted for airport transfers (booked through Holiday Extras)?
2 stars because the pick up at airport was OK.
Better go for another company........

UNHAPPYTOURS

We arranged through Airportshuttles.com for amitours to pick us up from CDG airport a day in may. We informed them of our time of arrival. When we came out of departures we waited for about 1 hour but no one with AMITOURS sign was there. We rang them and they said someone would come in about 20 min. We boarded the van and headed to terminal 1 to do another pick up. We then came back to terminal 2 to apparantly do another pick up but no one boarded. We couldn't communicate with the driver all this time and really can't blame him as he was probably following instructions. We finally arrived in Paris( 15th arrondisement) at around 11:15am. After an international flight this was not good... Amitours sent us the obligatory email asking how it went. I told them this same story. We have not heard one word from them. Not sorry, not a whimper...The one star is only for the fact that we finally got to our destination.

These people are not honest and I voiced my parents 2 times and did not collect them on time from Vienna to the airport. It is a shame!!!

For Vienna airport, take the train. It is easier and cheaper !!

The driver did not know where airlines are located at Heathrow

Our driver left us at British Airways when we were flying united. When contacted they said the driver was not required to know the terminal and it was our fault. It was extremely inconvenient and strenuous to make that change with all our luggage and medical issues. They accepted NO responsibility for being so irresponsible. We booked through Mozio for Amitours Van. The driver had no personality , browsed his IPAD while driving and was told exactly what airline we wanted to go. Don't do it!!!

I have used the service twice

The drivers didn't have any knowledge of central London.
On my first time, the driver was 10 minutes late and didn't know how to get to Gatwick .
On the transfer back the driver was completely lost.

I've used amitours twice from stansted airport. On both ocassions the driver was waiting for me at the arrival gate with my name on a board. Drivers are pleasant and cars are in good shape.

Would give zero stars if it was possible

I recently booked this company through the Minicabster site. I was willing to pay twice the price of other quotes as this company is rated 4.5 stars on the site.

When the cab did not arrive, I phoned the operator, who said the cab was
late owing to "road works". He said the cab was 7 minutes away. This turned
out not to be the case. By the time I had got my parents in a black cab
(they were heading to the airport) more than 10 minutes later, the minicab
had still not turned up.

So, the cab I ordered was 15 minutes late (or possibly could have been much later) for a 10 minute cab journey.

As agreed with the cab operator, they will be issuing me a refund.

Do not use, do not use, do not use.
