Stay clear

Stay clear, I’ve emailed them over 40 times over a dispute on a refund and they choose to ignore me. Extremely poor customer service, in fact I actually think they are a fraud company. Don’t sign up to them.

Why when they reply on here, it’s the same reply and they don’t actually answer the query, ridiculous, stay clear from these scammers.

Opened an account based on free bet and free spins, had an offer on no lose, bet up to £100 if your bet loses you will get free credits
This wasn't added thought it would after losing bet, and free bets would be applied.

Nothing was I went into live messages this took ages to answer then they said their code didn't register so they can't apply afterwards.
So I kicked off they said nothing could be done however confirm your mobile and down load app and I will be awarded 50 spins total I asked for more they said no!!!
So I agreed and actually won on the spins £1.50 ish then £13.20 huge win.
My battery died as it was being awarded I charged my phone and rang back they said I didn't win ... And they can't do anything this took ages as they are ignorant on the phones and very rude
Up to you but in my experience I'd never use this site again.
Emailed did they award me what I deserved no!! But closed account...

I think this is the first review I've ever left and it's not malicious.. I played with this company during a period when I only lost, I contacted them to suspend my account, they said it couldn't be done on chat so I sent them an email, for about a month 0 replies 0 help.. just ignoring.. in my opinion it's not a serious company,

Can’t even register

I am trying to register. It asks for my phone number. A password. And my email. All is o.k. Until I enter my email. Only to be told email not valid. This was my correct email. Tried to contact. No gambling restrictions whatsoever, despite repeatedly asking them to close account they just ignor your emails. Can't limit spend either. You answered below but skirted round the issue then did nothing and still didn't reply to emails to close account. ARE you going to close the account or not? You have no gambling controls in place and still haven't answered my email to close the account.

Update after response

Thank you for your response, but this does not address the actual issue.
The problem is not that you “have rules”, but that these rules are applied in a misleading way. I was allowed to fully wager the bonus and continue playing until my balance reached approximately €6000. At no point was I prevented from playing or informed that my winnings would be limited to such a small amount.
Only when I attempted to withdraw, this restriction was enforced. This is exactly the issue: the limitation is not applied transparently during gameplay, but only afterwards when a player wins.
This creates a highly unfair situation and gives the impression that players are allowed to accumulate winnings that are later invalidated based on unclear terms.
I have already raised this formally and will proceed with further steps, including a chargeback and additional complaints, if this is not resolved properly.
I expect a concrete explanation and resolution, not a generic response.

I am leaving this review as a serious…

I am leaving this review as a serious warning about Ammobet.

On 26th March, I contacted their live support and email requesting my account to be permanently closed due to gambling addiction. I clearly explained that I am vulnerable and suffer from multiple diagnosed mental health conditions, and that this was urgent.

Despite contacting them nearly 6 times, my account was NOT closed.

Because of their failure to act, I was able to continue gambling and deposit money over the past 3 weeks, causing further financial harm. If they had done their job properly and followed responsible gambling rules, I would NOT have been able to continue.

This is a complete failure of duty of care.

I have never even cashed out on this platform, and yet they continued to allow deposits after I made it clear I was struggling and needed help.

I am now requesting:

A full refund of all deposits made from 26th March onwards

Immediate permanent closure of my account

Accountability for ignoring multiple urgent requests

This situation could have been prevented entirely if they had acted when I first reached out.

I strongly advise anyone struggling with gambling to avoid this site.
