I have bought the rose and frankincense face cream and it's lovely. I also have an eye gel and face glow oil. All the products are really good quality and smell good and a good price point too. Off to buy the body cream next. I recommend these products highly. Thank you😊

You can not beat Amphora Aromatics essential oils. I rate them higher than Neal’s yard. Higher quality and the customer service is fantastic. I would not go anywhere else

Young members of staff pretending they understand supply and demand

Insisted I rang them to pay for my order which was an extension of them repeatedly connecting by email ( so I assumed I could send card details by email ) .. they had run out of stock and hadnt got it back in .. so they decided not to answer my call and took the stock home it seems to me as when they eventually answered having emailed me saying I hadn't rung them ??? I challenged this behaviour and they hung up . This company used to be really good

Excellent essential oils, have been using them for years. Particularly the precious and absolute oils. Really good range of carrier oils too. I’ve also used many of their soaps, hair care and skincare products. All smell divine.
Customer service is excellent. A reliable and reputable company I’m happy to continue supporting :)

I've been buying from Amphora for a while as I love their products. The moisturisers have the most beautiful fragrance and my skin always feels so soft afterwards with no greasy residue.

I have bought my essential oils from Amphora Aromatics for a good 10+ years now. I have used the oils within my professional practice, within my own personal skincare, to treat various ailments, including first aid treatments and also around the home for cleaning. They are superior essential oils and very reasonably priced. It's no wonder every other therapist I know uses them too. I adore this company and you never have to wait long for a delivery either

We used to purchase Amphora Aromatics reed diffusers from a local shop, so when it closed down we were happy that we could purchase directly online, which we have done several time, including for birthday & Xmas gifts to friends..
However, our last order was 3 reed Lavender reed diffusers, all for us. We opened one box to find that there were no reeds enclosed. (Although, in fairness to A/A, they did send some more in post, after I phoned them). We opened another box, to find that the bottle did not have a proper label, but had a hand written "Lav - lid issue" in child's hand writing stuck on it. Why are they deliberately sending defective goods out to customers?. I am horrified to think that I may have given this to a friend as a present. I emailed A/A, who just replied "We will try to ensure that this doesn't happen again. I thought that I was dealing with a UK company, but now think that they import from China. Obviously, will not be using them again.
Obviously, I will no longer be purchasing from you, but thought that it only fair to inform you before writing my review.

Thanks for my organic essential oils, they smell great and will be trying them out soon! Only thing I would say is the bottles are quite difficult to open so took me a while. Ordered Saturday, arrived Tuesday!

Despite an initial order mix-up, the company's excellent customer service shone through. They quickly sent the correct Frankincense and Rose Facial Serum while letting me keep the mistaken item free of charge - impressive!
As for the serum itself, I love it!
The lightweight formula absorbs beautifully, leaving my skin radiant and nourished.
Between the high-quality product and top-notch service recovery, I'm an extremely satisfied customer. Highly recommend this effective serum and the attentive brand behind it.

Sold their dewberry oil as the same aroma from the discontinued body shop range , their was also a link from a Guardian article , sadly this is nothing like body shop dewberry fragrance , missold with no resolution.

I ordered a skin care product for my girlfriend, but it didn’t have the desired effect and I wasn’t very satisfied.

Was very happy with their service. Very prompt to respond to a small issue that I had and also like their use of DPD with one hour delivery window

Ordered my product from you via superdrugs and still haven’t recieved it.
Emailed you but no-one replied.

Previously a Neal’s Yard lover I am now hooked on Amphora which is exactly the same high quality at a fraction of the cost. The skincare and body-care products are AMAZING. Everyone comments on how lovely my skin is. Candles and home products are really lovely too. I love Amphora’s essential oils. I buy online with no issues at all. Staff on the phone are always super friendly and so helpful when I do call. This is such an all round fantastic company.
