I highly recommend purchasing from Amrita Nutrition.

Deliveries are always received within the expected timeframe, the returns policy is very clear and straightforward, all items have security seals for customer reassurance and the Customer Services staff are readily available to deal with any other queries.

I was very pleased with my experience during my call with Sara (Nutritional Therapist), when I required product support to identify the best product. Sara answered my call very quickly and politely, she was very kind, helpful, completely professional and thorough in her advice, when suggesting the most suitable products.

I was very disappointed with the pricing of supplements/ products at Amrita Nutrition. The prices are ridiculously high and feel completely unfair to the average consumer. Many of their products can be purchased elsewhere at much lower prices. I raised my concerns directly with them, hoping they would address this or at least provide some justification, but unfortunately, nothing was done. It's frustrating to see a company prioritize profit over making their products accessible to more people. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Realised I was going to run out of one of my supplements and was afraid Christmas and New Year delivery would be slow. Ordered on the Sunday....arrived Monday morning. Wow and thank you Amrita. I invariably find your service quick and efficient and really appreciate the quality products you stock, some of which I cannot source elsewhere.

I've been using this Firm for a number of years and have never had a problem, with deliveries being speedy. On the very few occasions I've contacted them staff have always been helpful.

Great service, fast delivery, have not had any issues. They stock up on certain supplements and vitamins which are not available from the other providers. Happy with the service.

Fast and empathetic response from Josephine and Nicole when the supplements I wanted to order were showing as being in stock on the UK website, but out of stock when I tried to order. The issue was rectified in 24 hours and I was able to place my order. After a short delay which was down to Evri rather than Amrita, I received my supplements a few days after ordering and they are good as I hoped they would be. I am already feeling the benefits.

Delivery is awful through Evri. Delivery has been twice postponed and it looks like this is the third time the product has not arrived.

I get my supplement recommendations through my functional nutritionist & she uses Amrita. I've been very impressed with their speed of confirming & dispatching my order, which normally arrives within 1 - 2 days. Items are a bit expensive though, even with any customer discounts.

You should really consider switching away from UPS for international deliveries. I've been waiting for an expensive parcel for 2 weeks, finally discovered that UPS failed to deliver (said they couldn't find me on the building list, they could've at least walked to the building door where my name is written...), didn't contact me nor leave a delivery attempt notice, and apparently there was no communication between Amrita and UPS to try to fix it, because I was the one who was asked to check directly with the courier. Because I had no idea what was going on, now it's obviously too late and the parcel is going back to Amrita. Never had a problem with my address with other couriers and UPS refuse to take responsibility, so now I'm without my parcel which I'll have to order again and hope they actually manage to deliver it this time. Absurd

Every time I order from Amrita nutrition, it arrives the following day. Amazing customer service too 10/10
