I have worked with many managing agent companies before and AM is by far the most responsive and efficient block management company, for both client landlords and residents. Everyone I have interacted with from operations to accounts and legal have been friendly, professional, and quick to resolve issues competently and compliantly.
A special thanks to Sarah Hope the property manager for often managing complex situations for the property.

Company contacted us in regards to a gate repair, once a quote was issued they gave the order straight away and deposit invoice paid very quickly. Communication was easy and very responsive.

This company took over from our previous managing agents, who, to be honest, were complete crooks and incompetent. This company is great. While they can be slow sometimes at resolving issues they keep on going until its done. They are thoroughly trustworthy and have done a great job. Frank Burgess and Chris Carter are particularly good.

Poppy was really helpful with her assitance and support in obtaining the pet consent. She was very professional, efficient and with a smooth communication during the entire process. Thank you very much.

Having recently purchased a property that this company manage I'm frankly horrified at whats going on. They've tried to obtain fees for a 'tenant approval' which they now admitted wasn't actually required, and now appear to have claimed £15,000 from property owners for damage by a third party that a) was covered by the third parties insurance and b) has been charged at at significantly more than quotes for the repair and refused to provide evidence of receipts for the work or the quotations they got for it. They also are refusing to provide a copy of their contract for managing my property.

I recently worked with Matthew and his team. Working with Matthew was very a professional experience and straightforward and I would have no hesitation in recommending AM Surveying & Block Management for the management of flats.

It's really rare to come across good management companies. I had to deal with few for the past few years and I am extremly please with AMSBM and particularly Lois! She exceptionnally helpful, proactive and professional! Highly recommend

Unfortunately you only ever contact your block's management company when something has gone wrong but at least Lois Moon at amsbm has always responded very quicky and helpfully and applied the necessary pressure to ensure the problems are resolved.

I'm an experienced muilt trade builder of 32 years and also the owner of streetbuild ltd we are currently working with AM surveying and block management' on the grand on the leas folkestone this is a grade 2 listed building with 121 years of history .
And is a very tricky building to work on with lots of surprises from previous builder's and Cowboys builder's in the past .
But luckily for the grad we have AM surveying managing this lovely building but to be honest we couldn't get this done with out our managing agent Savannah cox . I would say she goes far and beyond very professional get the job done extremely out going and always at had if there is the smallest problem and biggest .
Polite extremely good with residents and has a personal touch.
Any other buildings that she manages are lucky to have her on bord streetbuild ltd couldn't ask for a better managing agent like Savannah 😀

Having recently been in contact with Chris Carter with a concern over a parking issue within a property they manage, Chris listened to our concerns and acted professionally and promptly actioned works to resolve that have been completed. Great work!

I’m the director a freehold company of a block of 13 flats. AMSBM have been the managing agents for many years and I’m very happy with them. Their issue management system is easy to navigate and efficient at keeping me informed. Though there were some teething issues at the very start, I’m happy to report things have changed now. As a director, I’ve been given the desired level of control in the management of the block, including the ability to choose my preferred contractors and decide which items of work are done when. I feel the pricing is also competitive. Sarah Hope in particular has been exceptionally good and responsive.
