Packaging could have been better. Though product is good quality.

Amsons was out of stock of one of the calendars that I ordered. I received my order of the other items I had ordered but not the calendar and they had not substituted it nor had they refunded me. I phoned up for a refund and I was told they would call me back in 30 minutes but they didn’t.

Perfect! Just what i needed! I would definitely recommend it.

You enclosed a card with my order that says your are sending a gift along with my purchase as good gesture but there was no gift included in the package

Recieved the blackseed shampoo i always use, within 2 days plus free perfume included

This bookstore exceeded all my expectations! Not only did they have the latest edition book I was looking for, but their prices were unbelievably low. Their delivery service was flawless, delivering the books exactly as I had ordered.

We travelled all the way from Newcastle to come to Amsons, all my aunty suggested to the male behind the till was to have another person serving, he was so rude to my Aunty, l told him to lower his tone, he was too arrogant which l said and walked off saying may Allah bless you, he had the cheek to respond back to say some people brains aren’t working. Absolute shocking behaviour, not coming here again!

I have been using Amsons for a while now been to their shop and also ordered online. This Eid I ordered a Collared thobe but by mistake they gave a hooded one. When I called they immediately sent the correct one out.😁

Their prices and quality are very good, definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for Islamic wear and other items.

I ordered a Quran. I was told it had 16 lines to the page. I asked what is the difference between a 15 line and 16 line Quran. I was told no difference so I ordered. Later that day I was told by the leader of my program that the Quran I ordered would not work. I emailed Amsons and ask them to cancel my order immediately and return the funds to my credit card. I didn’t hear back so emailed 2 more times. You emailed back and asked if I wanted to cancel the order and I said yes (all 3 of my emails said this) and then I heard nothing more. So 1 day this past week the Quran showed up in my mail…a Quran that I cannot use but will try to find someone who can.

I was impressed by the extensive selection of books available at this store, catering to various interests and genres. The packaging for delivery was top-notch, providing ample protection to ensure the books arrived in pristine condition.

Sent me the wrong dress and won’t reply to my emails for me to return for a refund.

But they never send my free ones. Also they charge me Double money from my credit card never refund it .! After email them they say first thing in the morning they will post it but never post them at all . VERY ANGRY. Becarefull what you pay and what you from this seller ..!
