Excellent service delivered by staff very welcoming and helpful ladies

I'd purchased a garment from Amsons only to find it was too small. I contacted the team via E-mail and received a response within half an hour, on a weekend.

They instructed me through the returns process, which was extremely helpful.

Overall, great service and will be purchasing again from Amsons in the future.

They were absolutely amazing. My mum went to Amsons recently to buy abayas and the customer service was fantastic. She bought a few abayas including this one. The fabric is excellent as well as this it is genuinely very flattering. Thank you for such a great shopping experience.

I was updated on my parcels and i also recieved them very quickly very happy with what I got very happy!

I found this shop online absolutely accidentally. I was actually looking for rose water. But then i saw they have perfumes as well and prices are just more than welcoming!! So I thought, it's definitely worth trying… and, Oh my gosh, I’m so pleased I did!! The scents are just gorgeous!! Can't say yet how long-lasting they are but for what it's worth - even if it's not very long-lasting I still will buy again!!
Btw, the rose water was exactly what i needed and for a great price as well; and the delivery is impressively quick! Very happy, thank you!

I placed an order and paid for 48 hour delivery. Delivery date passed so I contacted the store only to find out the items were out of stock and no one had thought to contact me the customer to let me know. They apologised and said they would include a gift as a gesture of goodwill which they didn’t. I don’t care about the gift, the unprofessionalism to contact me is what bothered me. The bukhoor is very difficult to burn and the three Quran CDs I purchased don’t work. I have a branded cd player that plays all other CDs as I’ve tried them so it’s not that. Unfortunately I won’t be shopping there again.

I bought a white abaya slip dress from this company, paying for next-day delivery. The slip dress ended up being completely see-through, which was not disclosed in the description, meaning I'd have to wear ANOTHER garment underneath just to achieve full coverage. For me, this defeats the purpose of a slip dress.

Upon contacting Amsons, they directed me to their return policy, which is a load of nonsense. If I have to pay shipping for the item to reach me, why on earth do I have to also pay shipping for the item to return back to them? Especially when I'm returning the item due to no fault of my own. Take some accountability.

This is not an Islamic business. Selling garments for women which are SHEER, and being greedy enough to make customers pay out of their own pocket for your mishaps.

Shame on you. This is my first and LAST time shopping with this company. I will be discouraging everyone I know from purchasing here.

Placed my order easily.
To my horror, my parcel ‘could not be delivered’ by the courier..? Confused I checked my order, I had missed a digit out of my post code this sent my parcel to another town!!
My product was so important for my sick son..
The courier company could not help advised I contact Amsons, with little expectation I contacted via text to Amsons with the correct post code.
Within a couple of days my parcel had been located and arrived safe and in good condition.
I also received a telephone call and a text message ensuring I was happy with everything.
Absolutely fantastic service. They personally care. Thank you.

MashaAllah the brother on the phone did an amazing job to make sure I got what I wanted and went above and beyond with his other colleagues to ensure a very well timed delivery! Help full staff delivered on time .

Got my order wrong received the wrong item. Tried getting in contact for a return through website, no communication from the website or WhatsApp until weeks later. Called the customer service team, no answer and no response on email. Sent the item back with my own money for shipping. Not received any refund back yet and I am still waiting for them to respond back.

Paid for next day delivery and they delivered same day. Thank you

I rang on the bank Holiday weekend to ask if I placed an order, will I recieve in time few days later for a Qur’an programme.
The person reassured me I will recieve it so I placed my order.
Order arrived on time within 3 days over the Bank Holiday period.
