no communication possible: after I ordered some tools, I asked when I could expect delivery (by mail, whatsapp, contact form and phone) but got no response. I cancelled my order, no response. After weeks I got the stuff, but had already bought these elsewhere too, so now I have double. Never am going to order here in the future.
