I enjoy living in anchor property . They care for the repairing of the housing and well being of the person living in it . I have lived in anchor property for fifteen years before and I was very happy living there for those years .

They have literally saved me and my mother’s life. Losing one’s independence is a very traumatic thing but the Anchor organisation helped me to source the right accommodation that enabled her to move with dignity. The process with these thing aren’t always straightforward but that is to be expected. Anchor is a quality service that I would recommend. We need more like them, they need to expand even more.

I have my ideal home
I have been waiting about 3 years for a property and had almost given up hope. Then just before Easter I had a call from them to say they had 2 properties vacant. 1 saw them both but fell in love with the first one. I am nearly in completely and the flat is lovely. I'm so lucky I chose Anchor Housing I would highly recommend them. The wait was well worth it. Wayne the Manager was a joy to meet and a lovely lovely Man.

Amazing group of people
Amazing group of people. Whole process of signing up was so straightforward and easy, within a week of being offered the place, I’d signed the agreement and collected keys. Moved in to the flat just a few days later. Everything was explained clearly and I was made to feel welcome straight away by the site manager, Teresa, as well as by a few other residents. Only been there a short time, but absolutely love the place

I can't believe my luck
I couldn't believe my luck on finding such a lovely flat.
The location is quiet but close to facilities and the flat layout is well thought out with plenty of storage space.
The location manager, Vicky, is very welcoming and helpful and made the process of moving to Anchor very easy and the Welcome booklet provided very useful information.
The residents are very friendly and I look forward to many happy years in my new home.

Easy to move into
Easy to move into. Great sense of community. Very helpful manager. We’ve been here 3 weeks and already feels like home.
Just a few issues with things not working but it is being taken care of.
