I am well pleased with my chair. Quality is fantastic. Only issue I had was with shipping. I wished Andaseat offered other shipping options other than Fedex.

Bought the Kaiser 4 series, linen version, came with a bunch of plastic, a broken lumbar system, and didn't feel comfortable for long...
I bought the AndaSeat Kaiser 4 when it was newly releasing the linen version, thinking I would get an environmentally, high quality chair built to be comfortable for long gaming sessions.
Instead, not only did it come with A LOT of plastic, but the lumbar system didn't even work upon arrival, and the chair only felt comfortable for a short time before it lost its comfortability!
What's more, is that shortly after buying this 550 usd chair, I learn that gaming chairs are a scam, as they're only designed to give you the feel of driving a race car, and that's it! I learned that I need to get an office chair for comfortability in sitting down for long periods of time.
What a massive waste of 550 dollars, I want my dang money back, but I doubt I'll get any compensation at this point!

Great chair, and customer service resolved my concern
The chair is great overall. When I originally purchased it, I was unable to combine the military discount with the promotion that was running at the time. After reading the terms for both discounts, I could not find anything clearly stating that they could not be combined. My initial conversation with customer service did not resolve the issue, but after I posted my original review, AndaSeat followed up and provided me with an additional $30 refund. I appreciate that they took the time to address my concern and reach a fair resolution.
As for the chair itself, the seat cushion is very soft and comfortable, and the overall build quality is great. The carbon-fiber-style weave on the back feels a little cheaper than I expected, but the comfortable magnetic head pillow and the rest of the chair’s features help make up for it.

Great bang for the buck
The chair took a bit to arrive but I got updates through the process. The chair was a tad bit difficult to put together, specifically attaching the back to the seat. Two people working on it will help keep your sanity in check.
It has great support and feels like a good build quality. There is some slight picking of the fabric (I did not get the leather chair) in the seat pan near the front edge of the seat however this is easily fixed with a lighter.

A company that stands by the work
I have said for a long time that Anda seat was the best chair I have ever spent some good money on. Even with the 2 minor issues I had one being right away and now one 5 years later. The company still made good on the repairs both times standing by their work. Now the chair is still as awesome as it was in the first day again and hopefully I can get another 5 years issue free out of it. In return I tell them everyone about my chair that’s asks in meetings when I’m WFH and friends who are looking for a chair. Today I know 3 people who bought an Anda due to my experience and all love theirs aswell. Keep up the good work

It took 49 days (35 business days) to get the chair. I didnt say it was out of stock or back order or anything when buying it, which was a little frustrating until I reached out to customer service and asked. Still took longer than they said though. Also one arm is a little wobbly compared to the other.
That being said, it's a very comfy chair and I'm glad I bought it.

Broke the arm on my chair in a move
Broke the arm on my chair in a move. I reached out to find out if replacement parts were a possibility if my chair was out of warranty. They responded the very next morning. They helped me get a replacement arm for my chair and even gave me a discount on it. Awesome Job anda seat customer service!

I love my Andaseat!
I love my Andaseat! I got the Kaiser 3 XL in gray fabric. It's very comfortable. I love the lumbar adjustments. I usually prefer a very minimal lumbar and this fits perfectly with the adjustments
I would like to see the magnetic arm rest have an option for a softer material like a memory foam or plush like surface. I purchased separate armrest covers to go over top of the stock ones because they can make your elbow sore after 8+ hours that being said, I still love the armrests as they have a ton of positions that fit where I need them.
The head pillow is also quite nice and can be positioned where I want it exactly
I will eventually be buying a second one for my son because the chair is really well built, has a ton of features and very durable and high quality. $450 with the coupon code felt like a very good deal now that I've had time to use the chair. Delivery was quick and packaged well. Thank you!

Good product, bad customer service
I ordered on June 10 and was told my order would ship July 3. I emailed on July 10 since it still hadn't shipped, asking for update. My email was never replied to. Order didn't arrive until July 18. Product had manufacturing defects that made it impossible to fully assemple the chair correctly. I reached out to the company about getting a replacement part for the defective one I received, providing pictures to show the defects. Company replied one time, then stopped responding without ever offering restitution. Overall, very bad customer service experience. The chair is pretty comfortable though.

AndaSeat has self-destructive armrest
I got Anda Seat Kaiser 4 and it has self-destructive armrest. Now it's spinning 360 degrees and absolutely useless.
I sent Support request with video of spinning left armrest and they didn't help me. Instead they asked $70 for one armrest alone which is unacceptable 🤦
Good luck greedy Anda Seat. I'll never back to this useless brand again!
