I GOT A HEADACHE TRYING TO LOCATE THE CABLE BALL IT ISNT EXPLAINED WELL TO WHERE I CAN LOCATE IT

Our chair came damaged due to shipping process but it was corrected immediately! The chair is so comfortable and I will definitely order from this company again and again due to customer service!! Everything from ordering to replacement and beyond was top notch!!!

Send me broken chair and have done nothing

The seat was very nice quality, it came moderately quickly and was easy to put together.

I don’t usually write a lot of reviews, but for this desk I had to because I’m genuinely impressed. First off, the packaging was excellent, with plenty of padding and protection around all of the components to prevent damage during shipping. Unfortunately, a few parts of the outer box were slightly damaged, likely due to FedEx handling, but thanks to the careful packaging everything inside arrived in perfect condition.

The desk itself looks fantastic, feels well-made, and the materials seem to be high quality. Assembly was straightforward and hassle-free, with no issues at all. Everything lined up properly, and the instructions were easy to follow.

If you’re in the market for a great standing desk, this is definitely worth considering. Honestly, it feels like a solid alternative to a Secretlab desk at a more affordable price point. Based on my experience so far, I’m extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

I had a small plastic piece to cover the head of some screws that was broken on delivery. I was told, I should of bought shipping insurance. As time went on a bolt holding the chair broke and I fall to the ground and one of the adjustment handles broke. Over a lengthy time the seat became very hard. The best part of this chair is the magnetic head rest.

Love the full color instructions. Hardware and material quality are great. The chair is a bit too firm for me.

The chair was packed super well, and it was very easy to get it all set up. I wanted to give the chair a bit of use before a review, and so far it's pretty good. I like the tall back and the pillow that comes with it; the bottom is also super firm but also pretty comfortable. I also like the way the arms move. But now here are a few downsides for me. First, the chairs' bottom, while wide, has a front that is angled on the sides and straight at the very front. My only complaint there is my legs do not fit in the front side-by-side comfortably but rather sit slightly to the sides where it's not as deep. This can lead to some discomfort as all the pressure is then pretty much in the middle of my thighs. Also, the lumbar support dials, while they turn, don't seem to do much of anything. Now, those negatives aside, I do like the chair; even with it being as pricy as it is, I think it's a good value.

I'll start with saying the chair is comfortable to start on a good note. Big issue i experienced and I see.others having a massive issue with is the arm rest bolts... 2 of the 4 on each side(total of 4) had the material from the cover in the bolts bores.... which made assembly much longer and probably have altered future disassemble/assembly.

I bought 2 Anda Seat gaming chairs in less than two years and I was very satisfied at first. Unfortunately both of them became "squeaky" pretty quickly. Everything has been done to fix that annoying sound including cleaning, loosening and tightening bolts, lubricating with the right products as recommended on the website... Nothing could fix it. The squeaking sound is coming from the base where the gas cylinder fits in. There is nothing to do except ordering both parts. Be aware of the fake lifetime warranty advertised. Read it carefully cuz they won't help you at all. Buy somewhere else if you want customer support.

Purchased the Anda Seat Kaiser 2 XL Gaming Chair as it matched my size and build, I am 6ft 1 and weigh in at around 110kg (about 242.51 lb.).

Had the chair for nearly 2 years and no issues very comfortable! I spend a lot of time on the computer.

Just before the warranty expired, the tilt mechanism failed, and the chair would no longer stay upright.

Contacted Andaseat directly via email they were very helpful and organized FOC replacement parts delivered straight to my door! Very quick delivery! Very helpful customer service. chair is back to being good as new.
I rarely leave a review for any company, but I was astounded by their service, and product support would highly recommend them!

Ordered the Kaiser 3E, loved it, forgot to add the pillow. It was a sad day. Until they sent me a free pillow AFTER I recieved the chair. Great work guys. Also the chair is mighty comfy.

Instructions were clear, build was easy, and the seat itself is very nice.

The quality of the chair is fantastic for the price point. The instructions and assembly was a breeze to read and get the chair put together! The chair is comfy and very adjustable to find just the right seating and comfort I was looking for in a chair!
