I needed a chair for my son who is 300 lbs. It was hard to find a high quality chair that was exactly what we wanted. The chair came on time, was delivered carefully, and assembled easily. Overall, a great experience.

Easy to assemble and the chair is comfortable.

Chair arrived relatively quickly.
Box was in good shape and packaging was very good.

Chair is very nice and comfortable, the amount of settings that are adjustable are great.

I put some good hours into gaming after assembly, and after fine tuning it for my sitting positions, it's incredibly comfortable.

Chair is fantastic, my butt actually doesn’t hurt which helps my back too a lot ! This chair is comfortable the rollers seem nice and the quality is great I wish it was like 150 less but I can’t say it doesn’t feel it’s price just not all people who would benefit from this can afford a 600 dollar chair! But head pillow is great can reposition it cause of magnets where you need it and it feels great when you put neck Becca

I had a very disappointing experience with AndaSeat and their customer service.
If you’re thinking about buying a chair from them but might want to return it if it doesn’t work for you — I have bad news: you probably won’t be able to.
Returns are extremely difficult. You have to pay for shipping yourself, and they require you to use FedEx only. The shipping cost ends up being more than half the price of the chair, which makes returning it almost pointless.
On top of that, their customer support is incredibly slow. It takes forever to get a response, and eventually they just stopped replying to my emails altogether.
Overall, this was a terrible customer experience. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend AndaSeat to anyone.

Great cushioning, feels really solid. Delivery/packaging good However, the hole alignment for the screws..some fit, some require lots of fail and retries to get screws in. On the bottom attachment ( seat adjustment section) one hole was covered partially/not lined up so took quite a bit of time to get that fixed. You couldnt get the screw in the hole on bottom of the seat wo the attachement part. So not us. Also.. even though i know its for tall people..if you are 5'2 and under dont expect your feet to hit floor even at lowest setting and cant remove wheels.

So far the chair came when expected. It was easy to assemble. It has a tremendous amount of features, only thing missing is a foot rest LOL. It's been AMAZING

The Kaiser XL was made with comfort in mind for bigger people. Whether you are tall, wide, or both, this chair can be adjusted in several different ways for you to spend hours gaming.
The customer support staff also has gone above and beyond to make sure I have been happy with my purchase. Could not recommend a better gaming chair.

You know I was actually really skeptical about the seat before I bought it In what sold me was the return policy But now that I've got it in my home I don't think I've sat in a comfier chair and I'm coming from a 6-year-old secret labs Titan. After reading the reviews and seeing how this was rated the best for us big bois I knew it was the one! I definitely will not be using the return policy and I look forward to sitting in this chair for many years to come

Great chair so far, the XL was the best way to go. The orange is vibrant & stunning. The packaging was solid and the instructions was easy enough to follow. All in all a very well made product.

Good experience, I was able to communicate to customer service who was responsive and professional. Chair came quickly and in perfect condition. Setup was easy and didn’t take very long. Ordered the Kaiser XL which has been very comfortable throughout long days at work.

I bought an anda seat kaiser chair from a third party site. The chair was perfect, but it had a small defect regarding the arm rest.

I came in contact with anda seat support, and they instantly helped me by ordering and delivering a new arm rest for free.

The support was friendly and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

The chair is now 100% perfect. I would definetely recommend buying from them!

I previously had a secret lab chair and wanted to replace it, but didn’t want to pay $600. The AndaSeat Novis was under $300 and I can truly say it is just as comfortable. Shipping was free and fast — they sent me a shipping notification the next day and it was at my front door within 4 days. I also reached out to customer service with a question and they were very responsive and helpful. Great experience with this company.

This is my first high end gaming chair. It was delivered well packaged and was very easy to assemble. I chose the XL model and it is very comfortable with plenty of room especially in the shoulders area. Great quality and I am very pleased with the chair. Thank you!

Love the chair. Rock solid construction. Customer service was good, just took a minute to understand what they were talking about. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a gaming/office chair you will be spending a lot of time in. The seat is firm but very comfortable. You can adjust every aspect from height to arm rest direction up/down forward/ back tilt in/out. I had a hard time finding the right chair, but this is it! Thanks to CS for being patient and working with me…..

I am well pleased with my chair. Quality is fantastic. Only issue I had was with shipping. I wished Andaseat offered other shipping options other than Fedex.
