wful company

wful company. Our oven broke at the end of November, we arranged for it to be repaired immediately, enough time for it to be fixed by Christmas right? Wrong. It’s January now and it’s still broken, first the “engineer” went home sick and thus couldn’t come, then the second guy was in the house less than two minutes, glanced into the oven and decided he needed to order a part, I guess they don’t actually read the fault notes, nor look at the actual video I send where I explained what was wrong, in detail, now I can’t get in contact with anyone, I’ve been trying for three weeks. Christmas and new year were ruined, as how can I host when i had nowhere to cook!
We have the address, of this company, they are actually very close by, so if they haven’t contacted us by Wednesday (being very generous and giving them another week) we will be driving over and seeing them in person.

Warning! Avoid!

A.N.D Domestics is a joke. I missed their call, rang back 3 minutes later, and got “office closed.” Tried again Monday morning and evening — still closed. The next day I spent 1 hour 40 minutes in their queue, stuck at “number 5,” only to discover the office had already closed while I was still on hold.

Their customer service is diabolical and it’s impossible to reach anyone.

Avoid at all costs!

I contacted them to fix my fridge

I contacted them to fix my fridge, they charged me £90 right away. They said it included the repair but might be extra charge if they needed to buy any extra part. I accepted it. The engineer came to diagnose the problem. He said the thermostat and the seal had to change, he also said the company would call me again to fix the issue. Then I never heard back from them again. I called once but the receptionist lady was extremely rude. I really cannot be bother with them any more. I wish I had read the reviews here beforehand

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company!
Was fast to take the £99 call out fee and then kept quiet after, had to chase them up for 3 weeks to get two small oven parts, understand it’s covid and delivery can take time but communication would have been nice.
I was told a week after the call out that one part is here and the other is not. I asked if an engineer could fit the one part in while we waited for the other and was told NO, they can’t do that.
When I called again the week later, the other part eventually came and an engineer came out but with only ONE small part.
I asked where the other part and I was told “I’m not sure, this is all they gave me to fit in, call the office.”
I contacted the company about the other part, and was told only one part has come and they got to re order the other part.
I was irate and said you told me both parts had come hence why you sent out an engineer.
I asked why if only one part came, why now a week later are you sending an engineer to fit ONE part in when I requested that a week ago, they made excuses and I just told them to re order the other part as soon as possible and get someone to fit the part in.
Then an hour later, I got another call to say they magically found the other part, (obviously lost it somewhere in the warehouse).
Very very disorganised!!!!

Customer service agents were rude and unprofessional.
I had to take two days off work so I could get someone to fit two small parts which took 10 mins to fix in on two separate days,
Emailed the manager to complain and got no reply back.
Would 100% NOT RECOMMEND this company as they are terrible!

Wow what a disastrous company!

Wow, I've just seen that this company have 100% bad reviews and I couldn't agree more. How are they still in business!?
Panasonic have today subcontracted this company to come and repair our washing machine after 8 weeks of waiting for a part, I naively thought I would finally be using a repaired machine today, having spent £100's on laundry services! But no of course not, how silly of me! Panasonic sent their first 'engineer' out to repair the problem, but he went away and it was not fixed, ok, so he was supposed to order another part in order to fix it and he forgot!! After 8 weeks of dozens of calls we finally get the 'engineer' from AND, he told us he 'wasn't in the right headspace' to repair the machine, he was rude and surly, and eventually told us we need a new machine! Ok my issue is why did the first 'engineer' not tell us that. It has been a catalogue of disasters, one after another. I highly recommend to give these guys a very very wide birth.

No repair after weeks and several engineer appointments due to correct parts not being ordered. Money gone?

This company is subcontracted by repaircare.co.uk to perform an appliance repair for us.
Although the actual engineers are friendly and seem to know what they are doing, they are unable to repair the appliance because they are simply missing the parts to do so.
After several weeks of engineer visits, reordering of new parts, the engineers rock up with the same parts as before. Several weeks of endless amount of phone-calls and empty promises, the appliance is not repaired.
In a nutshell, so far A.N.D Domestics is unable to identify the issue with the appliance, order the correct parts, fit these and complete the job.

A.N.D domestics is unable to take responsibility for wrong information being passed on to their engineers and unable to priorities jobs where they have made these errors.
They blame repaircare.co.uk, which is indeed a terrible service business, however A.N.D Domestics is still unable to do their best to get the job done, they have been commissioned and paid to do.

We have been unable to speak to anyone who could help solve the problem in a timely manner and have now had to contact the citizen advice bureau who opened a case of breach of contract.
