If I could could zero stars I would. I ordered a coat on November 3. I was charged November 4 and still do not have my order. They will not refund me because it has shipped supposedly again. However it is “lost” for a second time. They did inform of their 14 day return policy even though they have taken almost two months to never deliver it. Absolute garbage.

I am still waiting for my order to arrive nearly 2 months later. I have emailed customer support numerous times requesting a refund but I keep being fobbed off with excuses and reassurances that the order will be delivered. Do not use!

Warning!!!!! Do not buy from this company. While I was excited for the finds I was disappointed after waiting over 6 weeks to receive my order. Just to open a package that was not what I ordered - not even close. I have exchanged about 20 emails and they will not provide me a refund. Every reply just apologies for the delay. It’s been about 14 weeks of me following up.

Horrible! Cat fished with stolen photos of a dress and sent a cheap knock off. Not even close. They refused to answer my emails requesting a refund and return. Scammed me.

If there was a possibility to put 0 stars I would. Please read before making your purchace. First of all they reply only by email, which is unacceptable these days. Anyhow I ordered a dress on September 12th, as I was a wedding guest. The wedding was on October 5th, so I thought it would arrive perfectly on time. Received it on October 9th. Unfortunatelly can not decribe it as a dress, but as a piece of ugly cloth. I had to find a dress last minute and still haven't heared from them regarding the refund. So, please spare you some time and buy from any other site but this one .

Don't waste your money.
My dress was of so low quality that I can't use it any where, and I normally can use clothes from shein, temu and wish so this was really bad. Got it on online sale from original price at 135 euro. It was also to big but the return is on your own dime and very expensive so it's going in the garbage. It's a con Don't fall for it.

Never got my order. Huge scam. I’ve been emailing them for two months and they keep making excuses.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Angelenita clothing website. The quality of both the website and the clothing is far below expectations. The sizes do not match the descriptions provided, and the material quality is not as advertised. Furthermore, there is no proper return or refund policy, leaving customers with little recourse. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this site to others.

I bought a dress and a cardigan, and honestly, I am surprised by the quality. I didn't know this store, I came across an ad on Pinterest and I absolutely do not regret my experience with this store. I wish the delivery had been a bit faster, but I recommend Angelenita.

I am really satisfied with my orders, I don't understand the extent of the bad reviews here. I have already placed 2 orders and I am satisfied with both the quality of the products and the delivery services. I recommend this site.

This company is a scam. Their clothing is made with incredibly cheap material, and when you try to return an item, they won't allow it. Do not purchase from here!

SCAM WEBSITE
Paid over $250 for two dresses that looked like they were gong to be good quality.
HORRIFIED at the ridiculous dressees that arrived hanging out of a dodgy bag that had been roughly sticky taped together to accommodate the two child sized dresses squished into the bag.
Have tried for MONTHS to get a refund but they are just ignoring me now.

Their scam works like this: Many products are advertised at a discount. Although their Website stipulates "Enjoy 14 Days Return" this is not what will happen, as they exclude "sale items" from returns. If you look a bit closer: This is NOT written in the returns policy. However, in the policy, near the bottom, it says "For more details on our return policy, please consult our FAQ" where, again near the bottom, you will find "Sale items are generally final sale and not eligible for return or exchange." To complete the picture, there is no return address anywhere on the website, and when you receive the package the sender is an anonymous "logistics hub" to which you cannot post. No return label is included in the shipment. When you request a return, they simply refuse to provide a shipping address and finally stop answering your mails. DO NOT BUY HERE.

DO NOT BUY! SCAMMERS! Giving this shop 1st at is even helping their scam. Should only be 0 or negative! These people are a cheap dropship company selling items at high boutique prices as if they are selling the actual items. Please help me report them to the ACCC and citizens advice so they stop scamming people. The product I received was a cheap fake counterfeit item of an original item that's they have pictures on their site. In their site they advised to contact them prior to returning the items, which I did. After no response I replied to my email again and someone reached out. They then made some excuses that the items are non refundable bc it's purchased under promo (their whole site has promo), I told them I understood, but the items I received were fake and not the advertised items on their site. They then came back and said it's unfortunate bc the return period is over. I've said the only reason it's over the return period was because they never responded to my emails which were sent way before the return period ended. They were practically making excuses. I have not received a refund, and this company continues to operate and steal from creators and scam people through fake counterfeit products. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!

Absolutely horrified with my purchase , ladies stay well clear from this website it’s a scam. I ordered a beautiful dress which I saw promoted on Pinterest when the dress arrived it looked nothing like the picture , arms were missing! And the dress was cut out… They do not offer any refunds , please dont buy from this company

I received a email stating they’re not able to send me a returns label, the product was not as images…. nothing on their web site said you cannot return promotional items, I would not of brought it otherwise !!!

Fell for a scam advert on Pinterest, ordered what looked to be a gorgeous dress and received some absolute rubbish. Thin, so can see straight through it, made with poor quality materials and definitely not what was advertised. They refuse a refund based on me not sending it back to an address that does not exist. Gone through my credit card company to get the refund, as they do not conform to UK distance selling law. Do not buy from here!
