Ordered a wheel chair told next day delivery .5 days on still waiting .don't answer phone calls wish I hadn't spent money with yourselves. My partner was looking forward to going out

I bought the AMW1866 Lightweight Folding Transit Wheelchair for my 86 year old mam for hospital appointments as it’s getting harder to find one when I go , I have to say it worked a treat , easy to fold and put in the car , then got to hospital and she sat in it I wheeled over 2 x big curbs no problem and was a dream to push around in the hospital, no directional issues went where I wanted it to go , the footrests were great no issues there and the brakes are fine too , delivery was quick and price was good , I would highly recommend this wheelchair if your looking for a lightweight one . If I was picky I would say adjustable push handles would be good as they are slightly low but really not an issue and I would purchase this item again .

I contacted Angel Mobility as I purchased a wheelchair off them and had used it for less than 3 weeks and found the frame to be moving and making my back worse. I was supposed to get a phone call from the owner but this never happened. All I kept getting offered was to return it, this was not going to be easy for me to do. I ended up going to a local disability supplier, who understood my problem straight away and sold me a cushion that took the impact and confirmed there was nothing wrong with the chair, why could Angel Mobility not have suggested this. I wish I had bought from my local mobility supplier as they had the same chairs. Customer service is none existent as far as I am concerned and would not deal with them again. Not cheap when you can't get help with a problem. Same chair would have been £11 more with my local supplier. Lesson learn't the hard way.

Walker is easy to put together, robust and very light. Delivery was next day. Second one I have purchased, original for myself and second for a friend as I was delighted with my own.

I ordered the Lightweight Aluminium Transit Folding Wheelchair. It arrived within 5 days and exceeded my expectations. It really is lightweight and makes pushing the user very easy. Very pleased!

I ordered a rollator walker but had to send it back because when folded did not fit in my boot. They were very obliging and helpful. They arranged the return and it was picked up at my door. Very happy.

The wheelchair is great, comfortable with good steering.
I was disappointed that it did not come with the security seat belt as described for The Rambler.
