We went on the 'Behind the Seams' tour today. It was fascinating, informative and the 2 hours whizzed by. The depth and breath of costumes was amazing

I ordered an elvis costume for our up and coming production of Joseph and the amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat when it arrived and we tried it on the Elvis to be. It was about 6 inches too long in the leg ( and if we were to we cut it. It wouldn’t have had the flare that it needs ) so we sent it back immediately and ask for a refund. They sent me an email saying that the piece of card was not inside the bag ( just like the complaint in review we don’t really remember having a card ) then we emailed her to say that could we have a refund as we were a charity organisation and we were doing a youth show and that if we couldn’t have that refund please could she send back the Elvis costume so that we could recoup some of our funds and try and sell it on.
I’ve had no response whatsoever ever since
so I’m going to try and take this further. with watch dog on TV, as obviously this has happened before
Do Not Trust This Company

I brought a costume, beauty and the beast, after significant circumstances changes (a death) I returned the costume for a refund. I was told that there was a piece of card missing and that my refund would not be issued. This costume was not even taken out of the packaging and I sent it back just as it had been delivered. They refused the refund and kept the costume! They have stolen £50 from me! Do not under any circumstances use this company. I never write reviews, but feel my treatment should be shared with others, this is only how we can protect each other.

As a business customer we have had generally pleasant experiences with Angels Costumes throughout the years. There has been a few niggles here and there but generally good. Thank you.

Terrible company to work for. Stay away if you value your integrity, mental health and self-respect. It was an absolute nightmare working for one of the most unprofessional organisation I've come across in my entire career.

The staff turnover for Angels Costumes is probably one of the highest in the UK; the only reason this company refuses to die despite the fact that they burn good money after bad money is because of its longstanding connection with the UK film and theatre industry.

One cannot even begin to list of the things that went wrong or were about to go wrong at this company. You've been warned.
