Very frustrating. Ordered a specific heavy duty engine trolley with pnuematic tyres.
i thought i was supporting local Welsh manufacturing industry. "phil the welder". The web site says they manufacture. Turns out they just buy poor quality junk from China.
Impossible to get any communication. Address on box of Chinese rubbish was Manchester.
Ive been trying for 2 months now and being ignored.

Ordered a sand skipper,had to badger the proprietor,Phil for information about possible invoices and delivery date ,there had been a delay due to the galvanising plant being out for maintenance,fair enough which he did let me know. I received the sand skipper some 5-6 weeks later after receiving an email fromUPS about delivery.A word to Phil if you’re reading this,please communicate to your customers for reassurance even if your orders are stacking up otherwise the sand skipper looks decent and worth the wait,Thanks

Claimed item had been dispatched but could not give details of carrier. After several weeks admitted they were waiting for stock.
Cancelled order and agreed refund which was never sent.

Item not delivered. Left multiple messages with no reply. Telephone goes to voicemail. This is a scam website. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible supplier and service, took over a month for order to arrive, no communication, wrong tracking number supplied after 3 weeks of waiting, phone number always goes to answer machine, finally received order and missing parts, now no answer from Phil on this, stay away and order somewhere else. i wish i would have read these other reviews before ordering, no wonder he doesnt link trust pilot to his website

I Ordered a Flare Pack on 12 June, was sent a mail saying it had been despatched. Nothing received as at 19 June. I have tried emailing and phoning numerous times. No response to mail or messages. No tracking No. This company is a joke and should not be used. No customer service whatsoever. In my opinion you are scamming and as far as I am concerned you have stolen my money. DO THE RIGHT THING AND REFUND MY MONEY.

Ordered an item from them. Two weeks later it hadn't arrived so got in touch via email & tried calling. No reply. Waited another week then assumed i'd been scammed so asked the bank to do a charge back. Once this has been successful (1 month after ordering) they got in touch to say it had been dispatched. Raised an invoice which I had set to pay on the due date. Charged my card before the due date. No reply to my emails. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Tried to cancel order, was told it was sent, repeatedly asked for tracking number, received tracking number 2 days later and it showed item hadn’t been sent. Item arrived, extremely poor construction and finish, steel cuts not straight, random drilled holes, no wheels and no fittings for wobble rollers. Buyer beware! Do not order! Lied about dispatch and probably the worst construction I’ve seen. I’ll be getting my credit card company involved to claim the money back. To the owner Phil my order number is 1321. A very unhappy customer!

Hi, I placed an order for a couple of boat rollers a couple of weeks ago and still no sign of them. I have tried emailing you and the list phone number juts goes straight to voicemail. This seems to be the place to get a reply from you. When can I expect these items please or could I please have a refund?

***Update - Finally something arrived after 4 weeks of waiting. I only ordered 2 wobble rollers but what was delivered was a few pieces of metal tube with really rough holes drilled in them, the end of the tubes haven't been de-burred before galvanising.

I placed an order (#1267) for a Large Launching trolley and received an email on 7th April to say it had been dispatched but it has not arrived by 18th April. I have tried phoning the number and have left messages that have not been returned and have sent emails that have not been answered. I am at a loss to find out what has happened. Any suggestions on how to get a reply from this company and/ or get the trolley I ordered?

Absolute scam lies often and then just ignored. Owes me over £414. So not tryst or use this company.

I purchased a marine foot throttle a week or two back. Despite me emailing a couple of times for a tracking number, there's been no response.

Edit: The seller has now contacted me with a tracking number (on this site). If all is good, I will amend my post accordingly.
Edit 2: The foot pedal arrived. All good.

Do not use this company. Item delivered a month late, incomplete, extremely poor quality, now two months since purchase and I have a poorly crafted boat trolley with no wheels.
This company is an absolutely shocking.

Okay This is my fourth time writing about this company. Each time I have written my concerns,, more of my order arrives.
On this occasion I would like to say thank you for sending me the Rollers and fittings. Today I put everything together and built the launching trolley!!
Its complete and actually looks like it's well up for the task i need it for, all except Two Little things which without leaves it pretty useless and that's the two wheels that the trolley needs to actually roll along the ground.
I ordered in July, Please make my xmas and send me the Wheels Phil :)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY HE IS TOTALLY FRAUDULENT! - BE WARNED!! - Ho still owes me money, had to get my bank involved trying to recover payment, balance remains outstanding for several months at £75 with no contact from him whatsoever, I have friends on Anglesey trying to find out where this business operates from and will update once we find out where they are as his address that he sent me is none existent - BE WARNED DO NOT USE - I have proof of e-mails and texts so do not be conned into parting with your hard earned cash to this crook - Chris

Non delivery, does not answer emails or phone calls. Nor does he answer message left on email. Incompetent or a fraudster?

I ordered a dingy trolley for my son's Christmas present. All seemingly went through and I had very quick notice that the order would be dispatched in time for Christmas. Nothing arrived...nothing in between Christmas. My emails were always replied to but with excuse after excuse. Finally the trolley arrived in pieces, so say ready to slot together. I was shocked how poor the item looked and how roughly made. Also the wheels were missing. Obviously being a heavy item its not easy to send back. I asked for a refund but theses emails were ignored. Weeks later still no wheels. My son tried putting the trolley together but found he needed to file areas down to get bits to fit. Gave up waiting for wheels. Eventually put in dispute with bank to get money back. Its now nearky 6 months later and the trolley is only just complete. A local welder has helped by sorting some of the rough work. He was so shocked how poor it is and pointed out that some of the metal is just painted silver, its not even galvenised!!! Please please do not order anything. Its a genuine marine supplier but the work is so poor and the item is not usable. I wish I had read reviews before ordering.

I ordered a Seagull removable engine bracket for a sailing dinghy after sending some questions through the website. Response from a Phil Beademore was quick and I placed an order. Problem was that the vendors pay platforms, Visa and Google Pay, were not functioning so I was offered a number of other pay platforms to process the order. All were legitimate platforms used in the UK and EU (I live in the USA) so finally one processed the order. I received acknowledgement from Mr. Beademore but the red flags starting waving when he asked for a shipment address. This information had already been submitted on the company's online purchase form and the shipment quote to the US seemed a bit low. I never heard back from the company after repeat emails so five days later my bank cancelled the transaction as fraudulent. After some additional research I discovered this company does not exist. It was dissolved on 20 Aug 2019. See Company number 09632938.

This company is possibly a front to both acquire credit card information for resale and fraudulently take customers money with no intent to provide any service or product. Avoid any dealing with this company.

Ordered an item on 17 August, and received a despatch notice on 23 August saying 72 hours delivery. Now 14 September and nothing arrived. I've sent 3 emails, called the mobile and left messages but they go straight to voicemail. Just threatened to report to trading standards if I don't get a response by the close of play today. Very poor service.
Update - Goods arrived on 26 September!

Unless you can wait forever and enjoy listening to excuses then probably best to go elsewhere.
Still haven't got my complete order after 35+ days.
Have got the credit card company involved for a chargeback.
Sporadic communications and only gives tracking numbers for part of the order, seems to send the order in multiple parcels rather than together.
This is without question the worst online experience Ive ever had since online shopping was invented.
Its a real shame that Trustpilot dont allow zero stars .
