Company is a scam, my lure charges but does not turn on in the water, just stands still. Company refused to give me a refund or a new product. Do not waste your money on this scam.

0 Stars!!!!!!! Complete rubbish! My daughter paid for a lure for her dad for Christmas and when he received it, it didn’t work!!!! The company refused to send a replacement lure and kept fobbing us off in the hopes we would give up! Worst customer service! Dishonest and a FRAUD

Utter garbage. Bought a lure for over $100. Took 4 months to ship to me! When I got it, it didn't work. I was fed up by then and asked for a refund. They refused to refund me and said I need to ship it back to exchange it. I asked for a shipping label to return it and they said it's not their responsibility to ship it back and that it would be at my cost....even though it was defective when I got it. I not going to risk shipping it back and sink more money into this product.

Lure was awesome! I actually really enjoyed using it so far!

3rd update DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! They knowingly sent me the wrong items use the excuse they didn’t have them in stock they don’t work won’t charge complete junk. Now they want me to pay the shipping to send over $200 worth of these junk lures back to them to get a refund. They have a rude awakening ahead of them

Update: Spoke with one of the owners or upper management supposedly there have been a backlog in emails. Had a nice long conversation back-and-forth I then placed my order took two days for it to ship I am now waiting for the product will give next to update when they arrive.

So glad I checked here about this company. Wow terrible. Answered 2 simple questions and completely shut me off and blocked me when asked about bad reviews and not delivering as promised. Just saved myself 200.00.

Ordered 2 of these off of the Tik Tok AD. They eventually arrived with no charger or instructions or any contact info to return them or even ask where the charger is. They didn't even look like the ones in the advertisement. I wish I knew how to contact them.

This company is nothing but a ripoff. I bought the first lure a couple of months ago. Charged it per their directions and it did nothing. I wrote them and they sent me a picture of a process about putting a jump wire on the lure. I asked for a refund and their response was to send it back and they would test it. Well they got it back and I got no refund. Now the 2 other mini's I ordered months ago that never came in are also not getting refunded like I asked. They just keep telling me that it will be another month. Nothing but a bad customer experience.

Pathetic company! I bought 4 products from them and not 1 worked! Refund??? Lol! Forget it because they won't refund it! Take my advice and stay far away!!!

Bought for 200$ from these guys about 10 month ago, they don't answer your e-mails, i have been asking them for a refound, never got it. BAD COMPANY
About 6 month after i bought from them, i did a claim on paypal to get refound, and magically they (animated lure) send me a e-mail assuring me that my lures were almost ready for shipping and they were only waiting for the hooks so they convince me to cancel my claim on paypal by sending me a free fish and i did. The thing is that soon as you cancel a claim on paypal you cannot come back for a second claim for the same pourchase. They got me good. Since then, i wrote them numberous e-mails and never got an answer.

Well, I had a lure that I bought last year that died, so I bought another, and it is swimming all messed up and does not charge well. No blue light goes on, and it does not swim properly because of the placement of the propeller shaft. Please don't tell me how to fish this, I already own one, and I've been an angler for 50 years and my hubs was a professional guide, we know equipment. I have tried emailing these guys, tried contacting online thru their website, as well as thru Facebook. They totally bailed. Still waiting for an answer from them. Maybe I will have to track down the two owners that were revealed on DRAGON'S DEN. They are both on Facebook...so much for believing in this...turns out to be just a cheap little toy that one spends 40 bucks american on.

I wouldnt even leave a star for this company. They happy to take your money but not give you your product. They have ignored all my emails and blocked me on social media.

I have spent almost $1000 dollars and it has been over 7 months. I keep chasing, had a reply saying they will send it. No updates. At this point they seem to have taken my money and run. I have given them One last chance before I get the Trade Commission involved. TERRIBLE COMPANY DO MOT BUY FROM THEM. ! if they send me my order I will remove this review.

Never have my order ship to at rong country and do nothing to help me very bad service 60$ lost

Very helpful company. When my parcel was delayed in the UK they were responsive and concerned and tried their best to help. The lures did eventually arrive and they are fantastic. Thank you!
