I ordered an item from this website 3 weeks before Christmas. As of dec 24 the item still showed ‘pending shipment’ On jan 4 I contacted ‘the company’ regarding the shipment. They asked if I wished to cancel the order which I responded yes, and requested a refund, I was notified 3 weeks later that the item had been shipped out? Really? What’s not to understand about cancel the order and issue a refund??? Still haven’t received a refund. Not sure if this was all just a scam or what!!!

Just don’t order there. Measurements are wrong. Material is wrong. And customer service takes a month to answer.

I ordered a 40oz tumbler on 12/08/24 and never received it. When I reached out to customer service, a month after ordering, they said that they were fast tracking the shipment. I checked back 2 weeks from receiving the shipping confirmation, and the package wasn’t even in the USPS system. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Fraud. Even tho I actually received my order (3 different hoodies) due to the cheap polyester quality I wanted to send them back. They offer 30 day money back gurantee on the webpage after all. BUT now I am stuck with their support team who ignore my wish for a full refund and keep offering me a discount on my next purchase. Even though I asked several times to send it back.

I bought 3 sweaters. All of them came after 1.5 months. They are not swatters, they are like quality plastic bags. Horror. Avoid.

ordered for over a month , not shipped yet and i really wish i read this before ordering.. its clear fraud .. be careful.
they have an automated reply system and they didn't refund or cancel the order .. dont ever use this site to order anything

You won’t get this product. It won’t be shipped you when they say it will be. If you contact them again inquiring about it they will give you some different timeframe that also won’t be followed. I wish I would have looked for the reviews first.

I ordered 2 Christmas sweater on the 7th of November! After I sent them 2 emails about where is my order, I just recieved them now, on the 16th of December.. the sleeves of the sweaters are very short, I can already see it, I don't know how they made them.. It's my fault, I should've checked this review-website about them, I would never have ordered from them. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered some Christmas sweaters 3 weeks ago and they haven’t shipped. Processing time said 3-15 days and I paid for express shipping. I have contacted the company twice and have not received a response.

Literally...ordered nov 11.....its 1 month and nothing yet

I thought I was ordering " a sweater" but what I actually got was a cheap polyester plastic like shirt. Very very poor quality it seems like a kid's Halloween plastic costume horrible quality felt like plastic. Will not be able to use it even too bad to give away.

Don’t order! This a fraudulent company! I bought three products months ago. They have yet to arrive. Don’t order!

I ordered 3 "ugly sweater" video game themed clothing items. When I received them, there were two glaring problems:

1. The fabric was nylon / elastic and not wool/linen as stated on the website.
2. The arms were tailored several inches far too short.

I reached out to customer services for a refund and I am now about 10 messages deep in a thread with a representative who keeps offering discounts on future purchases, different sizes, etc., completely ignoring my request for a refund. They claim to have a hassle free return policy within 30 days of receipt, but this is a bold face lie. Never do business with this company. Ever.

Ordered Pokémon cards, came back that they were completely fake. After I contacted the store, all they offered was. $5 refund on a $100 Order. Do not buy from here

Horrific. Ordered several rashguards, I got sent some ridiculous Tshirts. Tried for days and days back and forth with customer service to try to return them for a refund or to send me what I ordered and they absolutely would not. Kept trying to charge me for shipping and all sorts.
Avoid this site its a complete scam. The products are garbage and the customer service is non existent.
