Purchased three plants. Took a very long time to receive and the time between the ship out date and delivery was also very long so the plants were not in good shape. I knew I could work with two of the plants but asked that one plant be replaced because it was far too damaged (brown and yellow leaves, bent/broken leaves, etc.). The company is being difficult because of their 24 hour policy, but unfortunately my building sometimes takes longer than that to process deliveries. I can't waste my time over a $30 plant but I won't be purchasing from them again.

I ordered an expensive plant that never arrived, that I had to check for shipping confirmation for. They responded that it was now on an additional delay and that I could take 15% off and continue with my order and I accepted. Then they said it will be less delayed (it was already late) and that they were not going to give the 15% discount. Now my order is still late (no shipping confirmation, getting one more day past expected shipping every day.) I stated this on their Instagram because their customer service was so unhelpful and they blocked me, which means who knows how many other unhappy customers they just curated off their social media?
