Good overall

We often experience a delay in receiving emails in order for us to return the call in a timely manner.

We have received feedback from our patients advising that they have been promised an appointment or informed to attend the practice and they will be seen, this happened on a day when we had no clinician on site.

Thank you for taking the time time to review our service.

I'm sorry you've experienced delays in getting emails especially as this is not a known issue for us. We send out thousands of emails daily and they are all sent immediately after the call ends. Obviously your own ISP can also affect email delivery therefore if you do have issues in future please let us know.

Its disappointing to hear comments that some patients have advised you about our service although I'm really surprised that our agents would make promises like this when they have no means of booking or confirming appointments. As always if you do receive negative comments like this please let us know and we can investigate what took place on the call and if we are at fault we will provide the necessary training to the agent concerned.

We have been using Answers4U for years…

We have been using Answers4U for years now.
They provide a great service which is tailored to our specific need.
All the staff are highly trained in the use of our specific script and are very professional.
Being able to offer a 24/7 help line to our customers really helps our business model.

Fantastic Service

We have just signed up and are delighted with the service. The set up was easy and after a hour they was taking our calls.

If your a complex busy business I would urge you to consider this service it’s enabled us to focus on other aspects of our business while our clients are being attended too.

A weight lifted from my shoulders!

I've been using Answer4u to answer all my calls for the last couple of months. Initially I was skeptical and protective because I started my business 10 years ago and in that time I've answered, or returned the missed, for every single call, but needs must so I gave them a go. I have been exceedingly impressed. The most important feature to me is their flexibility and willingness to accept they're not perfect and work with me to find solutions which I have found very easy to do. I feel like a large weight has been lifted from my shoulders and I like it alot!!

Emergency out of office numbers for clients

Answer4U provide us with two emergency out of hours numbers two of our biggest contracts can call. We tested the services and they are working well. Setting up the escalation list was easy and I can recommend this service.

Great Company to work with

We have been working with Answer4u for 4 months now- they pick up calls from us 24/7 from around the world to help us provide an emergency support number for our customers.

Excellent service

Excellent service. I used this service to co-ordinate calls on a London maintenance contract to handle callouts out of hours

This worked well giving my non technical client a single point of contact to deal with his complex building with Answer-4u managing the calls to the right specialist.

I would certainly use this company again and highly recommend them
