I have had dealings with this company many times, and have always had the best in customer service. Very helpful in answering any questions etc and nothing is too much trouble for them.

I had a really positive experience with this company. Before placing my order, I emailed Tim several times to make sure I was choosing the correct items, and he was consistently helpful, patient, and respectful throughout. He took the time to guide me properly, which gave me confidence to go ahead with the purchase.

I ordered a barrel thread guard and an adapter, and everything arrived exactly as expected. I paid a small extra fee for tracked delivery and was genuinely impressed when it arrived the very next day via Royal Mail, even on a Sunday.

Overall, the service was reliable, communication was excellent, and the delivery was faster than expected. I will definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

I ordered on Easter Sunday and wanted to check something. I emailed and didn't expect a reply until the following working day, Tuesday. I was amazed when Tim responded immediately.
On Monday Tim emailed to say my order had just been posted and on Tuesday it arrived.
