Cheated

Awful. I have only given one star as not possible to give none at all. This was my first time of ordering from this company and I will never order from them again. I paid for expedited delivery of sandals in time for my holiday, but the parcel has still not arrived two weeks later, and no response to my email requests to locate where the parcel is, or cancel the order. Just no reply. Terrible customer service and looks as though I have lost my money and am empty handed to the tune of over 120 euros . Avoid

Amazing products & experience

I had one of the best shopping experiences with Zyrieb at the 2 Rue Du Cherche Midi outlet. Sales manager is warm and friendly and ensures that the size of the shoes fit perfectly.
Love the brand and the products they produce too! It’s really lovely ♥️
