problem occurred with my return
When a problem occurred with my return, I could not speak to a real person in time. When I was given a new QR code, I received no communication of confirmation regarding the return. No email at all.
Love the brand but this has put me off ordering online from them.

I ordered a set of curtains 4 months…
I ordered a set of curtains 4 months ago, one arrive last month, 3 months after ordering. The other curtain was due to arrive this week but hasn’t. They were expensive curtains, a different colour to what we ordered and have only received one curtain so far, 4 months the after ordering. I will not be ordering from here again,

I love the item, although description was incorrect, as it was not one continuous piece of solid mango wood as stated.
Delivery was shocking, I received a dispatch note on the Friday, from you, after the product was delivered on the Wednesday. The product was delivered to a neighbour, and we were only aware of this as we have a ring doorbell, as no note was left advising of this.
