They send me a confirmation that your order has been shipped 2 days later they send an email again saying your order is not shipped will let you know in 1 to 2 weeks when it's shipped and if you email them they don't respond at all
They need to be shut down . Scam . I purchased two items and it says it was delivered and I never received it . I purchased two items and they sent one and I’m this back and forth about sending both . Avoid them Please they are crooks !!!
100 percent avoid this company. Wish I had looked at reviews before my purchase.
Items took months to arrive and when they did, I don't say this lightly.. they were the worst items I've ordered online. Worst things to come out of China since COVID.
I wanted a refund and was asked to send the items back to China (I would have to cover the shipping) and I would receive an amout less than what I paid for.
I got three shirts in January. Since then I am trying to return two of them because I didn‘t like the fabric and they both don‘t fit. Instead of simply giving me a return address and refunding I just got two identical mails asking for the article numbers (although these were clear from my first mail). After that, no response. So they won‘t let me have my right to return and no money back. Not recommended at all.
Shipping took forever, received items that’s weren’t even what I ordered the stuff I did get was crap not what was pictured at all I returned most of it but they wouldn’t give me my full return back saying the prices included shipping and there not refunding me shipping when it was free shipping there garbage site and garbage costumer service and clothing
There is nothing constructive to say about this company that sells apparels under that name Antreat, along with Majornice, SoInYou, JellyBuddy and a few others. You will find the same shirts at different prices, either on Facebook ads, Amazon or elsewhere.
I ordered 3 shirts, waited 45 days and more, only to receive one that was correct. The last two had nothing to do with what I ordered. In fact, they were both less expensive than the ones I paid for. After a couple of emails, including filling the ticket on their website, including the pictures each time, they were ignoring me by telling me the order was on its way.
I finally threatened them so they decided to refund an amount which was a little less than any of the shirts. In other words, they didn't have my shirts so they sent me something else that was less expensive and they didn't want it back.
