Buyer beware
While the construction company itself may be on a par with other construction companies they use Greenbelt as a maintenance company for the green areas of your development. Greenbelt will have a clause in your deeds even if you are a freehold owner, Lookup Greenbelt on Trustpilot before you buy a property built by Antrim Construction.
