After not receiving a reply from my email and Instagram message that I sent to the company, I tried their number that was on Instagram, the person who answered took my name, and said he was going to check the status of the delivery and call back, unfortunately he didn't, and after waiting a week, I decided to call him back.
He said he sent the order by recorded delivery, and I should have received it. I informed him that I had not received my order, and that he should check the status of the delivery. He said he was going to check and call me back in the morning. However, I never received a call back.
I am now looking to take this further because I believe this is a scam.
