Horrible customer service

I bought module. They installed it to the wrong website. When I asked them to install it to the correct one, I had to pay 100$ fee for it. At first they tried to charge 700$!

Customer service is bad and the modules won't work as they should. They also delete all even slightly negative comments (questions, update request etc) so if you are wondering why there is only 10 months+ older comments, it is because those got deleted. I asked them to fix typo at their module as it was very misleading and they offered me 500$ service pack as only solution to fix it.
