Head does not give any visablity- Order from a different company

We ordered a mascot and received it. It looked fantastic. We planned a huge unveiling event and the day of put the head on and it does not fit any adult. There is zero visibility. The eyes are not positioned correctly. Huge design flaw. The company is giving us a hard time. They will give us $30 back and told to keep the costume. What a joke! We have written them and are getting a run around. I hope they will stand behind their products. If this post is still here, they did not do right by us. Buyer beware!!

Great product

They always keep in touch with me if I had any questions. Help me with the tracking number. Had my costume within 20 days. The costume is fabulous and well made. I would order from them again. I ordered the costume Skye from Paw Patrol.

I'm beyond impressed with my mascot…

I'm beyond impressed with my mascot costume from OrderMascot! The quality is top-notch - soft fabric, vibrant colors, and perfect stitching. It's super comfortable to wear and easy to move around in. I'll definitely be ordering more for our future events!

Item doesnt match picture

Ordered a scooby mascot and the item received did not look anything like what was pictured. Not small difference, huge one. Customer service claimed that was normal. Spent an extra $100 on this one compared to others they offered and it looks like one of the cheaper ones. Dont waste your money. They refunded only $40 to make it right. Not a happy customer. Will not order again.

Potentially a fictitious website - no update on orders and phone shut off

The website has a phone number that isn't in service. The website shows two different addresses as the place of business, but one of the locations does not exist and the other is a house. I have tried to get an update on my costume that I paid for weeks ago, but have not heard back. The reviews at the bottom of the website talk about coding and other items, not costumes, so they appear to be fake reviews.
