It's excellent! Great performance, zero problems. Very easy to setup. I was using the free version of another similar software and it drove me crazy saying, all the time, that it was commercial use, even though I only used it to control my computer and access my files from other places, or to give support to my mom.
With Anyviewer, as far as I've been using, it's been great and it works like a charm.

Excellent, product. Highly reccomend.

In my experience and opinion, it is a superbly built application, robust and feature-rich to serve as a real remote assistance tool for home and enterprise use.

After two days trying (deleting, reinstalling, etc) to get assigned two cloned MBP's different ID's with the help from AI (!?), I reach for help to Lanry Lucky and get it to work in 2 seconds.

I had an annoying problem with AnyViewer but the support agent was quick to respond and, after sending a screenshot video of the issue, offered a solution. I've tried several remote control applications and all eventually accused me of business use - which never happened - by my remote access to two computers at home. So far so good with AnyViewer.

Can not create login. Send a code but no reply.

I like that it's format is like the app I replaced.
But the constant lag and I have no audio.
I need this type of program to keep eye and ear open
due to Mother in law having a stroke, When I am at my shop I need to ear as well as see. So I like it overall
,but being only 3 blocks from my house It should have no lag. I have had testing on internet speed and it is fast. I am looking into the problem being the age of my computer.
As for recommending it, Yes I can, due to actual Picture quality and ease of use of this program.
I have not yet tried a file transfer, as my main reason for it's use and my needs. I will give it a 4.5 so far. I will be
trying as much of the free programs as possible over the next 2 months and try to leave another review if
allowed. So overall I do like and recommend it.

Simple, reliable and easy to use.

I found it IMPOSSIBLE to Network my 4 Windows 11 Pro Computers with Microsoft RDC, even with Dell Tech Support. I switched to Anyviewer, problem solved simply with better features.

It is very practical and trustable; only sincerely I don't understand the benefits to get the premium version.

excellent remote control. jus need to modify file transfer window. there must be drag N drop option

graphics were broken on intel (r) hd 520 gpu, but the issue I had was that it disconnects and gpu gitches and freezes. only when lid is closed. might be a hardware issue there. but, it disconnected for quite a while when gpu froze so I had to switch to software rendering. I like that it does work even on lockscreen, I wish android version did not prompt every time (to control android), and a linux port would do well.
audio is also noticeably deeper, but fine. and the other issue was that the anyviewer service sometimes breaks and takes a while to restart, or starts but app wont open. but this is the best remote control software since I can just 1 tap control it from anywhere. also keyboard on android is wonky and doesnt even easily let me press the windows key (controlling windows from android).
if you could at least fix the android keyboard implementation that would be nice.

This really works great. its fast - nearly immediate. makes it a breeze to help my dear old mother when she has computer or tablet problems

Great full access to all features remotely, access to two screens, good security options. Speed is sometimes less than perfect but in an acceptable range, connections is stable

I am knowing this remote tool , at the first moment i think i will be a very good tool.
