This software has it going on

This software has it going on! I didn't have to wait 5 minutes for it to load and display! Great stuff. After it expires, I may purchase a license...No, I will! This gives me all I need to access my PC downstairs. I'm too old to go outside and downstairs into the room just to access my files and transfer them onto my house PC.

Perfect for private use

For private use, this is my number one choice. The costs are perfectly reasonable. I wouldn't use it commercially because direct connections are not possible; all data runs through a server.

I was impressed

I was impressed by Lanry Lucky’s quick responses and clear solutions.
In addition, I appreciated their reply that if the issue couldn’t be resolved with the suggested method, they would check the log data to investigate further.

Anywhere is a reliable and easy-to-use remote control solution. Setup is fast, the interface is intuitive, and the connection is stable even on less-than-perfect networks.
A great choice for quick and effective remote assistance, with an excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Lanry Lucky helped — transparent renewal controls would make this much better

Customer support was responsive and solved my main issue.

I needed to make sure my subscription would not renew in the future. The self-service option to manage/cancel renewal was not available in my account, so I had to contact Cleverbridge support. Lanry Lucky confirmed the subscription cancellation and that there will be no further charges, which I appreciate.

On the technical side, after switching both PCs to the 64-bit version and using the “Devices / One-Click” file transfer mode, file transfer started working reliably. In other connection modes, file transfer was stuck.

What could be improved: the website makes it unnecessarily hard to find the 64-bit installer, and subscription management should be clearly available in a self-service portal (not only via support).

Overall: good support (thanks Lanry Lucky), but the product/website experience could be more transparent.

Snail pace support

I have paid subscription.
Ran into a small issue and contacted support for resolution.
They apparently have one question & answer per day policy so the issue that I have has taken over a week and is still ongoing.
Their support is almost none existent so if you're lucky enough to not ruin into any issues than their price might be enticing but be prepared to endure snail pace support feedback if you urn into issue.
My issue was not being able to join workstations to my account no matter what I try.
Giving 2 stars for them at least answering 1 a day.
Guess you get what you pay for.
