Technical Assistance

I'm using the AOMEI Backupper over several years for my desktop computers daily backups. When I have a technical difficulty, I ask the company by an email for their help and they always promptly response my request in less than 24 hours and always have a solution to my problems. I definitely recommend this company for anyone who wants to back up their systems safely and reliably.

Five stars to the sales department

I have to give five stars to the sales and tech department for getting me out of a sticky situation with data I needed to move from a failed clone effort to a new drive.
Moving the subscription from Partition Assistant to BackUpper helped tremendously.

Free program doesn't allow cloning an OS

I downloaded the program specifically to clone my OS to a new drive. the free option doesn't allow this, so what's the point?

AOMEI , the only back up software which I can trust

Perhaps AOMEI is the only data and disk back up software which I can really trust as I did use it and it never let me down.
I do like the simplicity of use , design and most important the reliability of restoring whole of a disk partitions without facing nasty issue after that.
Thanks Aomei for offering such an usable backup and restore app.
